We used diamond state plumbing for our bathroom remodel. We ripped it down to the studs ourselves but needed the old pipes replaced and some slab jackhammering to make the drain placement work for the rest tub. They were kind and helpful and did a great job. Eloy recently came back out to work on our dishwasher drain and was very helpful with that too. They are always quick to respond which I really appreciate (especially with plumbing concerns, ha!)

We had a shower emergency at a rental property. Called Diamond State. David happened to be in the area. He stopped by to evaluate the problem, left for another job, then came back for our repair. It was already late in the day, but he stayed to get it done. He kept me informed of the problem, the costs, and the possibility of future problems with the old plumbing. The cost was reasonable and the invoicing detailed. Great attitude by these brothers, David and Angel. I wish I had more plumbing jobs for them! They will be my go-to from now on!

I had a problem with a pipe under my bathroom floor. Angel came out quickly and evaluated the issue. The floor had to be jackhammered to get to it. They did an amazing job repairing the pipe and fixing the concrete in my bathroom. They even hauled away the debris and cleaned everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Angel and his team are AMAZING! He showed up immediately during emergency as water was going everywhere. He turned off the water, replaced hot & cold levers for washer, made sure it wasn’t leaking, and hooked up dryer. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend this plumbing business.

Needed a quick repair for a shower leak. Amazing quick service and problem fixed within hours. Fantastic plumber Eloy knew exactly what the issue was, found a rare part, and repaired it well. Went above and beyond great business.

We had a great experience with Diamond State. Our water heater pilot light wouldn't stay lit on a cold winter day and David was able to come out within a few hours and take a look at it. We figured we were looking at a $2k replacement but he was able to make a simple repair that cost less than $300. His communication was great from start to finish and he was respectful of our home. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

I had a huge leak in my water main, between the meter and the house, crew had to run a new line under the driveway. It literally took them a little more than one day to cut and remove the concrete lay the line, patch the concrete, and clean up. The crew was professional, and hardworking, no loud music, no trash left over all over the place, they even replanted my rose bush. I would use them again in a minute. Great price, quality, and efficiency. I have no complaints and more importantly no leaks. This coming from a guy who has years in the business working with much bigger pipes in high rise water systems. They even had a convenient app for billing! Strong work guys!

We recently had an ice storm that caused one of our outdoor spigots to break. I have a regular plumber that I have used for 17 yrs that was unable to help me out. I pulled up a map of plumbing company’s close to me and began calling them to try and get help. Unfortunately the first 3 I called were not available for several days. I then came across Diamond State Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was professional and empathetic. They said the earliest they could help unfortunately would be the next day. To me that was better than several days. However one of their employees got done a little early at another job and even though at this time he only had 30 minutes left till the end of his shift, he agreed to help us out by squeezing us in. David was the employee that came out to help. The task he had was no quick or easy fix but he calmly and professionally took care of the problem. Not once, did he show any signs of frustration even though the job went on past his dinner time and hours past his knock off time. He was informative and honest and did a good job. My husband and I were very grateful and thankful that they were able to help us out.

I called 2 weeks ago for a appointment. They said they would have someone call me. I checked back with them twice. They never returned my call.

Brad and andrew are the best! A great father and son team that take pride in getting the job done right the first time!

Last week I called this company & the young lady said they would have a plumber come out the same day & call when in enroute, never giving a window appointment time. I waited all day. When no one called or showed up on last Thursday. I followed up with her early the next morning at 8a & she stated the same thing. I inquired of a time and she stated the plumber would be there today (Friday) & he had my number and would call when enroute. By 5:00p Friday evening, the company closed for business. I never received a call from Oak Forest Plumbing.
