Eric was wonderful! He arrived promptly and worked quickly to unclog the pipe! I would definitely call him again.

Initially, I was going to go through AHS and use their recommended plumber (Matlock Plumbing), but I’d had a negative experience with them with trying to price gouge. Plus, I’d have to wait until next week. I took a chance and decided to reach out to Roto-Rooter, who I have used before, and made my appointment after midnight. Eric came out the same morning (today) a little after 11. He assessed the situation, determined there was no water leak, and sent the sweet lady to complete a water leak detection. She did not find anything. There was no charge. I am canceling my appointment with Matlock. Thank you for being reliable and trustworthy.

Drake did an awesome job! They got me on the schedule quickly and they were on time. The service was a bit pricey, but if it fixes the issue and lasts then it’s worth it. He was able to identify and fix the problem efficiently, a value to the company for sure! Nice work Drake!

When I called Roto-Rooter I had a fantastic repairman Taylor come to my home within 30 minutes and explained what he needed to do to repair my leak. He got the parts needed and had me running in a couple hours. Due to some water damage they sent out Sean to handle insurance clam and Anthony mitigation supervisor was able to take care of the dry out process.
The respect to myself and home was fantastic and Taylor assured me if I had any issues to call and he would be right out.
I would recommend to anyone needing fast service with respect to you and your property.

Mr. Eric arrived quickly to help with my issues. He took time to explain everything. He is very nice, respectful, honest worker. He and the company were awesome.

Eric did an awesome job fixing two toilets in our home. One of them had a plastic object flushed down it and the other was running constantly. He diagnosed both issues quickly and was able to immediately repair them. He was respectful of our home and our time and everything is working perfectly now. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Taylor was quick to diagnose and solve the plumbing issue. He has great communication skills and informed me of every step. When the issue reoccurred, he swiftly came back out and solved it the same day. Great work and highly recommend.

I was serviced for a water backup in the bathroom and kitchen. Taylor came out after hours and assessed the issue, gave me possible solutions and tried them all. Our end solution was installing a drain pipe. He came out the next day early and got the problem fixed and quickly. He was very respectable, helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure he did what he could to get the problem fixed. Pierce came along with him on day two and did some work on the inside and he was also very respectful , helpful and knowledgeable. They both did an awesome job, would highly recommend them to handle the job.

Kitchen sink was clogged and I did everything to try and fix it, and could not get it cleared. They got my drain cleared in no time. Nice to have a 6 month warranty if anything got missed. Great service.

The young man, he was very informative about the procedure he was about to proceed. He was not able to unclog the sink drain, with the tool he had after the second try ,he subjected a diferent aprouch. He sujested a jet of pressure water ,but at a double the price.He was able to unclogged the pipe I was very delighted. Thank you
