He came in and told me what my problem was right away. He also gave my an estimate in under 10 minutes so I said I could pay him right away.He was a very cool dude and fixed my problem in the matter of no time I highly recommend.

Taylor came in next day and made easy work of my clogged and leaky kitchen sink. Highly recommend!

I contacted Rotor Rooter Plumbing regarding toilet replacement service that stemmed from an ongoing issue involving minor leaking coming from my toilet tank bolts and washers. When asked about the price, I was informed by the customer service agent that the techs will provide me a quote when they report to assess the issue. The techs arrived promptly. They were very professional and courteous when assessing the issue with my toilet. I had already purchased my replacement toilet and wax ring the prior day. They installed my replacement to my satisfaction and hauled off my old toilet. They were very clean during this process. The reason of my four star rating is due to the quote of $385 flat labor rate for toilet replacement. The rate is extremely expensive given the replacement took roughly an hour with two techs. With the rising cost of everything, this quoted price may not be conducive for many future potential customers. I want my review/experience to be an informative precaution to future customers that maybe considering requesting toilet replacement from Roto Rooter. Because I honorably served my country Roto Rooter honored a 10% discount lowering the install price to $346 ( which is still extreme) and provided a 6 month warranty for this price. Like myself many customers rely on truthful reviews to assist when choosing to develop a business relationship. Will I choose Roto Rooter again for my next toilet replacement? No, due the cost.

My technicians were wonderful and very efficient. They took time to answer my questions thoroughly and demonstrated their expertise regarding the repair work I needed. I look forward to having them back for future plumbing needs.

Called Roto Rooter because the previous plumber couldn't figure out what was blocking my tub drain! They were about to send someone out within 30 minutes of me calling them, but I wasn't in a position to meet them.

They sent out a guy named Taylor the next day! Taylor worked for about 1hr & 45 minutes. I was outside sitting in my truck waiting & he sent me a photo of the issue that he discovered. Low & behold MY WATER IS DRAINING FULLY NOW!!! Taylor is was prepared with plan a. b. & c... I am grateful for Taylor & Roto Rooter... You guys ROCK!!!!!

Technician Eric (#722) was AWESOME!! He was professional and explained things to us. The hourly service rate was a bit high for my preference, but that was not the tech's fault.

Taylor came out and did a great job of unclogging my drain. He came out quickly, he was friendly and made friends with my dog. The job wasn’t easy but he persevered until he completed the job. Would definitely use roto rooter again

Eric was out here July 18, ran pipe under the house and on the roof several times, under my sink, did everything to get my problem resolved. Did a great job. His helper Branden(?) was right there every step of the way. Thank for sending out such nice and helpful people.

Back in May I had a crushed pipe in my basement. Taylor had to remove the toilet and said I’ll be back to place the toilet and put a wax ring on it. It is January and we are working on our basement. The toilet was never reset but the flange was never installed correctly either. The window view from our toilet is spectacular.

The service was just absolutely amazing. My workers name was Gary Daley and he was just the sweetest man ever. He helped solve my biggest problem in the house. I couldn't have don't it without him. He is just absolutely an amazing worker. He was super nice,kind, snd worked so hard till the job was done!!

Pretty fast response when you’re needing help with plumbing repairs. Taylor the agent for RR was great and knowledgeable and they work well with their customers. Free quote and they let you know what all comes with that quote, including a warranty on their work!
