Arkansas Rooter is always great to work with! Their staff are very friendly and empathetic to your situation... because, who calls when it is not an emergency?? Guys who come on-site are always friendly and considerate. They are quick to find the root of the problem and get it taken care of! Thank you!

We ended up needing a rooter, and after calling several companies, Arkansas Rooter was the only one that gave us a precise estimate over the phone without any sort of hassle. We decided to go with them after getting the run-around about cost from the other rooter companies we contacted, and Troy returned our call promptly, was polite and professional, was on time, fixed the issue, AND only charged us what was originally quoted, which I must say was quite reasonable considering our situation happened on a weekend. Hopefully, we will not be needing their services again any time soon, but we will most definitely be calling Arkansas Rooter for future rooting needs. Highly recommend!

Arkansas Rooter is the best! They are wonderful people, smart, so hard working! Id single out Troy, the sweet uncomplaining genius who solved a problem three other companies couldn't. And worked nonstop! An answer to prayer! And Shane was also terrific, so very nice and i cant even express my gratitude enough. Thank you!

I had a new toilet installed and when the plumber attempted to flush, oops. Nothing happened. I called Arkansas Rooter and they sent someone next day, at my request. Troy arrived right on time and quickly analyzed the issue. He ran his line and ran several test flushes. Troy was so polite and didn't seem to mind my 20 questions! This is the second time I've used Arkansas Rooter and both times I've had excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had a clogged up sewer line at my house. I called on a Sunday evening. Within one hour, Shane came out and got me taken care of for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arkansas Rooter.

Me and my family loved the service that Shane provided, last year and a couple of months ago he was able to unplug our sewage pipe and again this year he was able to do it again, he was quick and on time and we appreciated his service so much we tipped him along with the cost of the service, typically 175 but, we had to pay 200 since he had to return the next day because it was dark out. MONEY WELL SPENT! 👍 great company and great prices.

Nick and LA did a stellar job today. They were clean, friendly, and professional. They told me how much it would be up front, but after they were done, he readjusted the price to a lower cost. I will definitely be calling and referring them to anyone with crap stuck in their pipes. Nick and LA made it look easy. I have to fix the sheetrock, so they made sure to cut the ceiling to make it easy to repair. And they didn't leave a mess huge for me to clean.

I had the largest water bill off my life. Almost three times any one I could remember. Did I have a leak?
The good news is "no". Rates increased. There was no grass when I moved in. Last fall I had sod put down. I watered more than I have in the past at my previous homes.; wanting to get the lawn established (don't waste the investment).

So I call Ray Lusk to see if they offered free quotes, they said yes and I scheduled an appointment. In the day if the appointment the truck showed up and honestly he acted like he rather be fishing. I talked with and explained I always get 3 quotes when doing repairs to the house, I explained what was going on and what I was told by another company. He goes over turns the shower in put his ear up to it then turns water off. He then stated that he needs to cut the wall out in my closet to see the pipes, I explained the other company was able to look under the crawl space to see the issue and he was very much against going down there. I asked if there was a charge to cutting the wall he said yes I told him I didn’t want a big hole in the wall if the job couldn’t be fixed (or affordable) to do. I told him he could go under the house and he refused I then told him that I’ll move on to another company he then wanted to charge me for him coming out?!?! I was like this was a free consultation and he stated that b/c I didn’t allow him to cut a hole in my wall that I didn’t allow them to find out what the issue was, again I told him he could go under the house which he refused again. This was my first time using them and will never call again.

This was the first time using Ray Lusk Plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised. TJ came out and took care of everything I needed done. Very professional and great customer service!! I will definitely be using them again when needed.

Excellent experience using Ray Lusk Plumbing for a backed up drain pipe in our house. They were able to have someone to my house the same day that I called them within a matter of a couple hours. LA was super knowledgeable and real pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use this company again

Wow - I was so pleased with the quick service and customer service from first call to finish - we had Jacob come to do the eval on a " running water noise " in my house - no evident leaks anywhere inside or out - but water bill doubled and sounds were evident - He spent a long time doing the thorough eval - problems detected in 4 areas in the walls ( 3 under sinks ) = the eval fee was fair and quote given - they returned 3 dys later and what a great job they did - I was expecting they would find real problems in attic piping - but didn't and a re route was done - Jacob is the best and his co worker Michael - these guys REALLY know their biz AND are so enjoyable to talk to AND ended up $600 less because of their astute re- do's - Thank you Ray Lusk and especially Jacob and Michael - heavy sigh of relief thanks to you all !! This Company always does amazing work. Brandon Staggs was the technician who showed up on time and completed a thorough inspection and troubleshooting of a Gas Leak. He quickly found and repaired the leak. He also explained what he did over the phone to me! Great Job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

if you are looking for someone who will show up as promise, Ray Lusk is the company you want to call. We had someone who had promised they would show up but after waiting all day we called Ray Lusk and even though it was now 7pm they showed up and got the job done quickly.

My technician, Blake, did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the issue we had with our shower. Professional, fast, and for a reasonable price!

The gentleman that came to my house was right on time and was very kind and mannerly. He even stopped a bit to love on my dogs who were going crazy over him. He took care of my issues within minutes. Called because my water bill was 5 times the usual amount. Scheduled tech to search for leak at first available appointment which was in 4 days. They called the next day and had a cancellation so wanted to know if I wanted them to come, I said yes. Arrived as arranged and explained what search would cost, I agreed. The technician, Tyler, was very professional and found the leak outside using listening device and eventually some type of gas. Told me the cost for the repair (total cost for the job), I agreed and he repaired the leak. Tyler did a great job and I believe the cost was appropriate. I have used Ray Lusk for other jobs in the past a will not hesitate to call them in the future.

David and Brandon did a great job installing my water heater! They were courteous and completed their work in a timely manner! Would use them again!

We just completed a bathroom remodel. Josh, with Ray Lusk Plumbing, was responsible for all plumbing work from demo to completion. The scope of work included things such as removing old fixtures to installing a new freestanding tub and faucet fixture, shower fixtures, toilets , and also some repair work . Josh was always on time, he gave clear details about the scope of work along with estimates while also being very professional and courteous. I would definitely use Ray Lusk Plumbing again .

We needed repairs done on our propane gas line going into our house; Jerico went above and beyond to get our problem fixed quickly! He was friendly and professional and got the repairs done in a timely manner; he saved our Thanksgiving dinner since we were concerned that we might not be able to!
