Shane came out during major winter storm and repaired clogged line. Then a month later came back and cleaned out roots as warranty work.

Russell was awesome. He let me know everything about my pipes. Great price and on time. I would. Defiantly recommend using this company.

I called them for a pumping service lol. The lady was so sweet and said I know who can help you and gave me the Number to Philp. He came out and pumped our tank and was great!!! Great conversation and explained the whole process to my husband and I.

Shane from Arkansas Rooter worked his magic. Came out and identified my sewage problem (backed up AND bad lines). Cleared out both my washer drain and my sewage line. He was so professional and helpful. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they will be the first company I call.

Within just a couple hours they were here to unclog my main line of grease, hair, and roots. The worker was very nice, obviously a professional, and explained ways to mitigate my issue. The price was the best around plus a military discount so yeah, you're gonna want to use this company.

Arkansas Rooter drove two hours south of Little Rock to solve my plumbing emergency after hours. The service was professional and courteous. The service provided was well worth what they charged. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had roots in our main sewer line, and they cleared them out easily. They had professional equipment, they came out the same day, and they were affordable at only $130 to clear the line. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We moved to a new house, and there were multiple clogs in our drain lines. The same man who serviced my house three years prior came out again and cleared everything out. It was $150 for everything, and the man worked out in the rain and for a very long time to get everything done. Very grateful for such excellent service and to be able to flush our toilets and not worry about backups again.

It was a Saturday morning when the tenant called to tell me something was wrong with the plumbing. After my go to handyman looked at it and told me to call a Rooter service I called 4 in the area. Arkansas Rooter was one of two that called back in short order. They were very nice on the phone. The only reason I didn't use them was due to another company being on the way. Next time I'm calling these guys 1st.

I work on a college campus. After rigarous attempts to unclog two gutters on one of our buildings we called Arkansas Rooter. Less than 45 minutes after calling; Shane came out ready to work. He was very professional and confident that the problem was a simple debris backup. With little effort we were able to get the drains unclogged in a short amount of time. Very satisfied with the services provided. They cut us a great deal on pricing as well. Would definitely use them again as needed both professionally and personally.

The answering service was extremely quick to respond and get me in touch with a professional. Patrick was at our house within an hour, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, cleaned up after himself. He explained everything he was doing really well and he got a very difficult clog out of our main line. His work was also warranted for 30 days which gives real peace of mind. An excellent value especially for a weekend job. Shared their number with friends in real estate and property management and will keep it for our future needs.

These guys have saved my bacon twice in under 6 months. They are prompt, professional, and just good people. I doubt that I'll ever look elsewhere for home health help and repair.
