We had been searching for the leak in our residence causing very high water charges for 2 months Used another plumbing service which did find “A” leak and repaired that problem but next months water bill was still High ($140-$160) so I found RAY LUSK PLUMBING on Google and called them A very polite competent young man was here same day ( sorry don’t remember his name) and checked our plumbing thoroughly then suggested a toilet leak !! Quickly stopped the excessive water usage and dropped our water bill by more than 1/2. Thank you RAY LUSK PLUMBING 😊😊‼️

The took a common sense approach to my plumbing problem. The plumber did a wonderful job. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The young man that came out here was simply great. He knew what he was doing and didn't mess around. Haven't seen a young man with that kind of work ethic in a while. Don't know what you are paying him, but it's not enough. We were impressed and definitely would recommend your company.

Without hot water for 4 days.I replaced water heater to no avail. Called 3 plumbers. Ray Lusk answered the phone and had Eric S here in a couple hours. He ran a diagnostic and found a blockage to the main line into the house. Quickly removed and I have Hot water again!! Eric called me at work to let me know everything along the way. Very Professional, fast service, polite. Now trying to figure out "how" the blockage got from 100' at the main to the house?
I have a new go to plumber going forward. I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you.....RobinP

Very unhappy customer here! It's the middle of a winter storm and I don't have hot water!
They just installed my new water heater and it is now shutdown, because the condensate line is frozen. For the $4000 something dollars - that a huge rip-off. They could've installed it better so it wouldn't freeze or at least wrapped the pipe and slope it downward, but they didn't know or care to.

We were looking for a professional plumbing service to assist us with some bathroom fixture replacements. Josh G. from Ray Lusk plumbing exceeded all our expectations. He is a very friendly and professional person. Great job and glad that we found our new plumbing company.

Needed a kitchen sink replacement done which required coordination with Lusk plumbing and the countertop guys (undermount under a granite countertop). We also added installing a new garbage disposal and a new toilet. TJ (our plumber from Ray Lusk) was fantastic. Very personable, and efficient getting the job done. The project required him to come out and disconnect everything on one day, so the new sink could be placed, and then he came back out the next day to reconfigure all the pipes and install the new faucet and air switch for the disposal. And install a new toilet for my wife. Everything looks (and works) great!
Definitely a repeat customer with Ray Lusk.

My experience with Ray Lusk Plumbing was excellent, earning a five-star rating. They addressed a clog in my main line promptly and affordably. They arrived in a timely manner and completed the job efficiently. They also cleaned my tubs after sewage backed up into them and then departed. I am very pleased with their service. Ray Lusk Plumbing was friendly and professional from the first minute I called them. They were able to get TJ out the same day to do an estimate for work we needed and it was fairly priced. After agreeing to estimate TJ came about out to the house to compete the repairs. Just a day later. So friendly, quick and professional! TJ was very informative and learned the trade from his Dad so he's been doing it a while. I can't recommend highly enough TJ and the excellence he provided in his service and keeping his word!!! You made a lifelong customer out of my household. We found a leak in our garage and really weren't sure what to make of it. I had to call someone, because we arent all that handy. We called Ray Lusk Plumbing and they actually answered the phone (apparently that is rare for plumbers in our area based on my experience), the lady on the phone helping me was wonderful and super helpful, they sent Shawn out the same day and he was excellent and super informative. He fixed it quickly. The cost was reasonable and far less than expected. I have them as our preferred plumber going forward. I will recommend them to everyone.

Feel the tech was dishonest. We were charged a lot and our problem was not resolved. We had a stopped up sewer line. Called Ray Lusk. Specifically asked for a camera so we could see what was the problem. Tech told us a pipe had collapsed and we needed to call the office and schedule someone to come dig up and replace the pipe. We asked to see images and asked for them to be sent to us. The tech would not show us any imaging.

We called a second company. They sent a more polite tech. Charged us less to actually fix the problem. Pipe not collapsed. There were roots growing in it. This tech showed us before and after images of pipe. Ane let us look at his screen while he had camera sown the pipe. Found and fixed the actual problem and charged less than Ray Lusk.

The Ray Lusk tech mainly seemed concerned with getting money out of us. Finding and fixing our issue was secondary at best.

Great Job! Sent Mark out to our house in less time than it took others to return my calls. Mark was very helpful and gave good advice for keeping the toilets working properly. Thanks Ray Lusk Plumbing and thanks Mark.

They scheduled me same day that I called! They called me 30 mins in advance upon arrival. LA Baker was awesome and unclogged the drain of my recently purchased house. I spoke with Drew over the phone and he was very friendly and professional. Great customer service, quick, and got the job done! I will schedule them again to work on some indoor plumbing repairs too!

Let's just say I never realized how much hot water we use until we no longer had it! To our Rescue came Brandon and by early afternoon we were happy once more! Had a water leak under the house, called and they came out promptly. The young man was very professional and not afraid to crawl under my very scary crawl space. It was not an easy fix my plumbing is fifty years old but he got it done. I so appreciate them and their price was reasonable.

I had a main line sewer clog on a Sunday. As a first time home owner I was in straight panic and called every number determined not to leave a voicemail and go with the first person who actually answered. Ray Lusk answered and from the time I discovered the water in my house to when everything got fixed it was about 2.5 hours!! And I can't say enough about the plumber Richard! He communicated with me the whole time, was extremely efficient and even helped me clean up after which to me was above and beyond. And even with a surcharge fee it was still affordable

After the big ice storm, our house started to smell like gas. The gas company came out and said that the leak was past the meter, so we'd have to call a plumber to fix the pipes. Gus was there within an hour of when we called, even with our house being up an icy hill. He quickly found and fixed the problem. He was polite, knowledgeable, well-spoken, and skilled. Amazing job Brandon was very friendly and was able to diagnos my plumbing issue. And the cost was very reasonable and he did awesome at cleaning up the mess that was made. Ive had other companies not clean up the mess rhey make so bonus. So thankful that Brandon was able to come out same day too.
