A simple review doesn't do these folks justice. Best experience you could hope for. Every member of their crew was clean, courteous, on time, good humored, and very hard working. Wishing them success and safety.

Tree Docs removed a precarious tree off my house after it had crashed through some power lines in a storm. The team was friendly and professional and they even tarped my roof and cleaned up all the little debris in my yard.

I am TOTALLY happy with Tree Docs! Thomas came out to the house and walked through the front and back yard with me, and was extremely respectful and patient with me as I asked questions.

On the day they arrived, a huge crew of folks and equipment pulled up and it was amazing to watch these guys work! They took down trees, and trimmed up all of the trees down the fence line (my house backs up to woods). They removed bushes for me, took away an old park bench with no extra cost.

When they left, you COULD NOT see any evidence (regarding cleaning up behind themselves) that they had been there. It was amazing to watch. I give them a 5-star rating because they have the manpower and machines to make short work of a huge project and not cost a great deal of money.

Thomas quoted me a price the day he first game, and then he came in under budget. VERY, very fair price, lower than other bids I looked at. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to after this great service. You can absolutely hire this company with complete confidence they will do what they say, when they say it.

One more note. On the day they came out, they were working to complete the job before a huge thunderstorm hit. They were not able to get to the bushes, which i mentioned above. That was on a Thursday. On that next Monday, after it had dried up, Thomas and his crew was right back to finish the job. Again, amazing work!

The man who came to do a free quote for tree removal was very rude. Not to mention his quote was very high. I've had 6 large trees removed from my property so I know how much it costs. He had a bad attitude when I informed him that his quote was out of the customary price range he became defensive and obxious towards me. Definitely don't waste your time with them unless you want to pay more. If you to pay more go for it.

These gents responded quickly, came by to give a very fair estimate, & arrived the next morning to fall a large pine. This tree was threatening to take out power lines with the right weather conditions not just to my home but also to all those who live in our small rural community.
They were professional & extremely helpful.

I know who I will call if the need arises in the future & also highly recommend them for tree service needs.

December 2019 - Tree Docs removed a very large Oak tree in a tight position near my house. They brought the right equipment and handled what could have been a difficult, dangerous job quickly and efficiently. They did an awesome job of cleaning up the debris and leaving my yard in fantastic condition. 5 stars!

My experience with the Tree Docs team was fantastic. Their communication was prompt and thorough, and the crew did a fantastic job clearing four large pines and one large magnolia tree. I would highly recommend.

Thomas and his crew did a FANTASTIC job removing a tree and a very large vine that had wrapped itself up in the tree. From the start, Thomas gave us a fair estimate, was in communication with us about the timing on when his crew would be there, and got the job done in the time stated. The cleanup was outstanding! They even blew off all the little pieces of debris from the roof and fence. Would highly recommend Tree Docs in the Little Rock area!

Tree Docs did a great job taking down two dead trees in my backyard! The job was challenging because of narrow access points, a fence line, and two power lines, but they made it look easy. Cleaned it up like nothing had happened. Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-through.

We just purchased a new house and we had some trees that had their roots damaged during construction and had died. We called to get an estimate for tree removal on a Wednesday. On Friday the trees were gone. Not only did they remove the trees, they treated the remaining trees to help save them. The trees they removed were next to a fence. They were able to cut down the trees without damaging the fence. We are very happy with their service. We highly recommend them! They may be more expensive than some, but in my opinion, it was worth every penny we paid because they did it right. See the attached before and after pictures.

Exceptional work by an absolutely phenomenal crew and leader/owner.
I was nervous about having an enormous 100-ft triple-trunked Hackberry tree removed. It was threatening both my house and that of my neighbor's. It was in a very tight spot between both homes.
Prior to any work, the company boss, Thomas, walked me through their entire plan. It included protecting the sidewalk and driveway from heavy equipment, and the specialized rigging techniques they would use to safely dismantle the tree, section by section. Throughout the process they were careful, meticulous and constantly communicating with one another, paying close attention to every detail.
The plan was executed flawlessly, bringing down the massive tree with no damage to property or landscaping. Notably, even though heavy equipment crossed both the driveway and sidewalk, their careful pre-planning and execution protected both and no cracks were sustained.
The massive stump was ground down. Afterwards, the crew thoroughly cleaned up both yards, hauled off all tree sections, limbs and debris, and raked all the grassy areas.
They have our highest recommendation - they easily get a 5 out of 5 for a perfect job

We had an overall great experience with Tree Docs! They took down a dangerous dead tree and trimmed down two trees for us. We had a little miscommunication about a stump but we figure it out. Thomas was great at reviewing and going over the work our yard needed and told us that we can save a historic tree in our backyard by trimming it. They cleaned up everything like they never been there before. All the crew members were great and pleasure working with.

We hired Tree Docs to remove two large hickory trees that were too close to structures. Like way too close. The whole process was easy and professional from the start. These guys aren't some rednecks with a bucket truck and a chainsaw, they are the real deal. I felt Tree Docs were the only company that had the appropriate equipment and knowledge for the job out of the many companies I called. Some companies refused the job due to the location and risk involved, but not Tree Docs. These guys know trees. They came out the same day I called for a quote, and the price I was given was more than fair given the scope of work. Once the job was scheduled, the crew showed up and promptly got to work. They took great care as to not damage our yard and septic field and laid down plywood over the working area. They even cut the firewood to our desired length and stacked it neatly in a pile. They also cleaned up the area better than they found it! I will absolutely hire these guys again!
