They do an excellent job of trimming trees away from the power lines

They trimmed the trees at my place and I called three times to try to get them to send the chipper and they still haven't sent anyone to clean up the mess up..

Was hired by OGE to come clear a powerline and left trash everywhere. Water bottles plastic bags ect. Ridiculous

I can personally say the west tree guys work there butts off they be a little slow at cleaning up the mess but they only have a crew of 2 doing the clean up slot of work for two guys I would recommend them to anyone that needs tree work

The crew working my neighborhood for a few days had left all their trash in our road each day. Negative 🌟 needed.

While working in Dover...they left a mess in my yard where we have to use a push mower. I didn't ask for their service

If they are in the country on a gravel road, you think they are driving to a fire.
If they hit one of my dogs, then they will lose a truck!!

Second year in a row. They come out trim trees and let the limbs fall and mess up my flowers. Also trim trees and haven’t came to clean them up. Today again ruined some flowers I just planted

They did a butcher job of my trees and had the audacity to have an attitude. I will be in contact with og&e and I hope your services are terminated

This is so bad! We are going to call Entergy back Monday. And our lawyer. Walter Nixon III that is how bad this is. Entergy should be ashamed for hiring such a jackleg company.

They cut the tree limbs behind our house and didn't clean up after there self leaving limbs on the ground!! And when I called them they never did come back out or anything!!! No very professional!!!!

Cut trees down my road. Left all debri on my property. Told me multiple times they would come through and clean it and never did. If you see them coming get prepared to clean their mess

Guy in a west truck doesn't know what a yeild sign means. Then flipped me off because he doesn't know how traffic works. Not profesional on the road means they won't be professionals at work either

So they drove all the way out here to turn around in my driveway because I have a sign that says no turn around? Seriously?
No utility lines even come out this far from that direction.

Removed an oak that had taken out my service drop and laid across my driveway. They cleaned the entire tree from my yard.
Fast and professional.

I have not used this service or really heard of them till the owner of a big 2500 gmc made it almost impossible to get my children in the car. To the person driving that bad boy, learn how to park.
