Butchered a 40 year old Granny Smith apple tree to “clear the power lines”. The tree was heavy with apples. All of the trimmings with unripe apples attached were left in the driveway. Guess there won’t be any more apple pies made from that tree. Maybe ever. The tree trunk was literally cut in half.

West Tree Service has always been good to me and my family. They put forth a lot of effort to insure a safe and comfortable work environment.

Came to my house and totally murdered my tree. I may as well cut the whole tree down. They could have cut the limbs off the other side to match. Now I have to fix their screw up. Left limbs everywhere.

Left a pile of branchs in the creek next to the house that I will have to go out and clean out myself other wise the creek will flood my yard and under my house. No regard to the damage of the tree, no evening out so the tree won't die. Horrible.

They destroyed my the try to get some one to talk to me 2 weeks and counting

NAEC hired West Tree Service to trim the trees in our area away from power lines. The guys that did my trees - Bob Welch and Jeremy Bolin - were VERY nice, professional and clear about what was being done. GREAT JOB - and GREAT JOB by the cleanup crew running right behind them, too! THANK YOU!!

Horrible service didn't look at tree order was put in from entergy pulled to end of driveway and left noticed after watching surveillance cameras. And u cannot see the tree from there if and when it falls it is taking out power lines and power poles and would be without power for awhile

I have called them to get an estimate, and they haven't gotten back in touch with me. This is not the first time I have called for an estimate as it seems because I had the same problem then. I just caught up with other things and forgot about it. I don't think they want my business do you.

The Coop hires these people to come and trim the powerline right of ways. Wherever they cut a limb or anything and it hits the ground that's where it stays they will not come back and pick it up. They will wait till hours that you are not home , come in, cut limbs ,leave em lay, rut your property up, and leave.

I was traveling North on highway 65 when a west tree service truck pulled out in front of me. I was in the fast lane so I got over in the slow lane and the passenger in truck # 1045 proceeded to flip me off and yell obscene language at me. If they are that unprofessional on the highway I can only imagine what type of work they do.

This company had a crew trimming trees in our town last week. They left a horrible mess behind. The language that some of the workers was using wasn't professional AT ALL! I called and left a message with no response. I called again and talked to a fella he never said I'll get my crew back there. He never said I apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone needing tree trimming.

west tree service does non do there job well and to a satisfactory condition!! they cut and termed trees under the electric lines and cleaned up about 80% of the mess they made, leaving a big part of it there for land owner to clean up, not good need to send some one a clean up bill me being 66 with a bad back and them leaving me work to do lick that dad company electric company needs to look to getting a respectable company to do there work for them i will not respect there wants or needs anymore. (concerned elderly man)

West tree service is not the company to do business with. They quote one thing & give the pink copy that is limited. When the people come out to do the job, refused to do the total job. Call a better business company for your needs. I will never recommend them in the future & never use them again. A shame by knows the mother of the owner. She has a rude awaking of her sons business.

There was a crew of men working in my neighborhood last week at a house that was recently vacated. Three of the crew jumped a fence from the yard they were working in and entered my property from the side. Luckily my husband saw them before we let our dogs outside to use the bathroom. We then proceeded to watch these men dance and play and have a foot race in our yard. When confronted about who they were and what they were doing in our yard they said "uhh..we are here to cut some trees". When we asked them to leave they loitered around at the edge of the fence until I had to let my dog out to use the restroom at which time they laid the fence down trying to leave my yard. I later spoke with their boss who said they had been contracted by the city of conway but you still need to let the property owner know if you are entering their property and then do your job and leave.

They were awful! They said they were going to tie off the limbs so they would fall outside my fence , which they did not. Next they were reaching over the fence grabbing the limbs and moving the reachers towards my dogs to aggregate them. I saw this out the window and went outside and told them not reach over my fence again and one guy got so mad he threw his reacher grabber on the ground and puffed up like a toad. Very rhude.
I called to complain and no one ever called me back so it's obvious that they don't care about pleasing people or providing service. We picked up our own limbs instead of letting them antagonize my dogs. I'd let my tree fall over before I would ever call these people .

The thought process that whoever was in charge of scheduling the tree trimming at the corner of Baseline and Arch Street was spot on. I know that if i was in that position of management, there is no doubt that i would have scheduled it to take place at 8 AM on a workday. What a great idea!! I am sure that the never ending line of traffic, because you shut down the road to one lane, is the exact type of advertisement that you needed. You need negative stars.......

West Tree Service removed three large trees tangled in electric lines. They did a great job taking down the trees. They were curteous and professional and arrived when they said they would. We're happy with the job they did for us.

A clown show. They have been out to my property 6x this year alone. They make a mess, they don't clean it up. They butcher trees, they don't give them renewed life. They are scared to speak, and wait like cowards til you leave to butcher your tree(s). Left for 10 min, come back and they are in my driveway. They covered 2 vehicles with sawdust, and left a large hydrolic fluid stain also. Oh yeah and you can't contact them lol.

I came home yesterday to my 100 yr old oak tree literally BUTCHERED!!! I've never been SO devastated!! I had NO idea this company was contracted by the city to "trim" (NOT BUTCHER) trees away from power lines much less coming to my house! Zero notice...Zero communication!! My tree has been trimmed and maintained every two years! This tree did NOT need to be trimmed!! If they were professionals they would have noticed this! My "once" beautiful oak tree is now DESTROYED thanks to this company!!!!!! I'm DEVASTATED...literally DEVASTATED!!!!!!!!

I know you are supposed to do your job but take a little pride in your work. One of the workers absolutely unnecessarily ruined a beautiful saw tooth oak tree about 10-15 years old. It will now have to be removed.😠 It is a deer's favorite acorn. 😞

The absolute worst company in the state of Arkansas. No respect for your property or you. Will not return calls. Just overall i would never recommend this company for any work. Do yourself a favor and call a local company. These pigs dont want or need your business. Keep it local.
