Lawn Doctor has taken care of our yard for many years. They always leave me notes about the condition of our yard. Including the ones that say no problems were noted. I appreciate the honesty. Brad has done a great job not missing any areas during treatments.

I have been using the Lawn Doctor for 16 years, and I am very satisfied with their services. Years ago, there only a few homes in my neighborhood that used the Lawn Doctor, and now almost everyone uses them. They are always on schedule. Tyler who is my service tech, is very professional and answers my questions if I have any. Even the owner stops by every now and then to make sure everything is okay.

Our technician Brad is very thorough. He walks the entire property to make sure we get ample coverage.

Moved to a new home with a weed-filled lawn a little over a year ago. Hired the services
of Lawn Doctor and today it is looking great. Their technician Michael Kosyelaz is fantastic! Really takes his job seriously and is also a true pleasure to work with.

Even after we have just raked heavy wet leaves from our sloping front yard, you can see that it is pretty healthy for late November. This is due to Lawn Doctor of Hot Springs with the expert assistance of Brad, their trusty technician. We have been with Lawn Doctor for about 5 years and they were highly recommended by the previous owners.

I have been with Lawn Doctor for two years now. I am very pleased with their service , and how my lawn has looked for those two years. Clint Asher and Jim Powell have treated my lawn as needed, and it shows! It’s a green, happy, healthy lawn, and we enjoy it! Why have a lawn if you can’t play on it? 😎

Called and scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday. Tuesday came and nobody showed up. Not even a phone call

Just had Lock electric rewire a recently added on back porch. The job they did was fast looks excellent/neat and they took the time to go thru their suggestions and my questions. Very helpful polite cleaned up behind theirwlves Price was very good. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional courteous people that do a great job

They are a small town, family ran and owned business. They are very trustworthy, well mannered, hardworkers, and try to please the customer. They work by codebook and make everything look neat and clean. Free estimates and reasonable prices. They are amazing and I will always call them when I need electrical work done and will recommend them to everyone!

Had him come out and install a breaker and a quick disconnect. He didn’t tell us how much he was going to charge then charged over $300 to put these parts on and a $75 fee to make a 20 minute drive to get the part. Pretty ridiculous.

Scheduled an appointment, nobody showed up. Called back, technician said he knocked on the door and even tried calling me. I had the door open with the screen door closed, no knock also had no missed calls from technician

The work was fine but the price was outrageous. I didn’t ask the price because it was just an outlet install that took them 20 mins,but I should have. I called 4 other electricians and those guys were 40% higher than the next highest price I was given.

Very professional, got my rental property on the schedule in a timely fashion. He kept me posted as to what was going on! Reasonably priced and will definitely continue to support his small business and use Ross Family Electric for all of my Electric needs.
