Shawn and the whole Ross family are just great! From Nomie taking your information to the actual install from Shawn and his crew. You couldn’t receive better service from any other place! We had vent fans and new light fixtures installed in both bathrooms and even though our attic is short and it was a hot day, they did a tremendous job. Great attitudes and friendly service!

I hired Ross Family Electric to wire my She Shed and install my air conditioner unit for the she shed. They did an amazing job for me including with the clean up. I am extremely happy with everything including the price quoted how kind the whole crew was to us. These young men worked all day with the exception of a couple of water breaks and to eat their lunch. I would recommend this company any time.

I have has Ross Family Electric do work at my house twice. I am very happy with my entire experience with them. Their main phone number is well managed. They either pick up when you call or return calls quickly. In both cases they could schedule someone to be at my house in 1-3 days, and they called when they were leaving for my house. The electricians are friendly, diligent about their work, communicate what they discovered during their inspection, propose what to do to fix the problem before they start any repair work, AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I found their pricing to be very reasonable.

Shawn & Jared were at my house on time, went over exactly what I wanted done, gave me an invoice for the exact amount, then went to work and got the job completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. I will be using them in the future any time I need electrical work done. They installed new outlets, dimmer switches, and light sconces for me, I am very pleased!

The owner decided he wasn’t interested in my plumbing job. Had me waiting two weeks for an answer. Very disappointed and will not be using in the future.

It was a last minute call to them because I could NOT figure out what I was doing at all. They came out within a couple hours and completely fixed me up and made sure everything was good to go in my hvac. Highly recommend.

Due to the extreme cold weather, the drainpipe on my heat and air system froze up. Not knowing "what in the world" could be wrong with the new Lennox unit purchased just over a year ago from Grisham Airecare, I gave them a call to report my nonworking furnace. The good people of Grisham Airecare got right on the problem, Linda, the receptionist, gave me a clue to the problem due to the unusually extreme cold weather, promptly Travis was out to fix it (thaw the pipe and make adjustments so it would not refreeze). "My cup runneth over with gratitude!" I am enjoying my new furnace, but most of all I am enjoy how the great people of Grisham Airecare really do give customer service After the sale! When I moved to Hot Springs, one of the first things people told me was that vendors around here work on “island time.” In other words, they show up when they want to, how they want to, and if they want to.

NOT THESE GUYS! Whoa! They showed up on time, smiling, fully prepared with all the tools they needed to remove a PTAC from the housing, cover exposed electrical parts, clean the coil and grates, remediate all mold, clean the housing and exterior of the unit before reinstallation, plus clean-up afterwards. They answered all my questions, never seeming perturbed or irritated by my curiosity, and let me take pictures of their work.

I appreciate doing business with people like these pros who take pride in their work. The price was fair, the work was excellent, and I am now a happy ambassador for Grisham!
