Shawn and his apprentices are the best. They are so polite and professional. Our house was a disaster. They fixed every single problem on budget and in the allotted time frame they set. They were on time, called to confirm appointments and extremely easy to communicate with on any questions we had. We will absolutely use them again.

Another amazing experience with Ross Family Electric! Came in to give a quote, gave us some additional ideas and Shawn and his team came in and handled it all in one day. Definitely our first call when any electrical work needs done.

As most people think when they have multiple issues...it's going to cost me a fortune. They charged by the hour plus materials. They worked quickly and were able to solve about 6 problems. They had to go up into the attic and trace wires. I was shocked at how quickly they located all the issues and fixed them all in 3.25 hours. I am so grateful to them especially Steve. STEVE did most of the work, he worked very fast and was definitely an expert. They were also very clean and tidy. I am very grateful for their awesome work and their professionalism. If you need an excellent electrician at a reasonable price, Ross Family Electric is the place to go.

Even though I called after hours, Ross Family Electric arrived to help us with our emergency in 30mins. Shawn Ross II addressed all of our concerns, was very thorough, explained everything including what had happened, why, and the steps he was taking. He was friendly, reassuring, and had things fixed very quickly. The price and service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations.

5 stars is really not sufficient for this business. They deserve 10 to 20 stars. My water heater was wired incorrectly by a family member and caused a short on my main breaker panel. Ross Family electrical main concern was our safety and went above and beyond to make sure we were back to full functionality. I will highly recommend them to anyone. They are definitely worthy of any great service recognition that may be available

They were incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. One of the projects was much simpler than anticipated and they offered to help me hang my ceiling fan. I am incredibly grateful for the work they did. They were efficient and communicative. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

I had heard about Ross word of mouth from other contractors and they didn’t disappoint at all. Sean, Steven, and Jared all came to do various things around my property and they did great job with everything. Not only did they do excellent clean work adding switches, wires, and lights but they were also able to troubleshoot and fixed several electrical issues I had been dealing with for some time. They provided some great ideas using their knowledge and experience. They cleaned up their mess afterwards and gave me a fair price for the work. I will definitely use Ross again and would recommend them to anyone needing great quality electrical work with a fair price.

I have had these folks do electrical work in my home on 3 different occasions. Based on my experience I would recommend them without hesitation! They are prompt, keep you informed, very considerate of your home, fair priced and thorough! The lead electrician was Jerimy, who respectfully guided two hard working but less experienced men. I would welcome any/all of them to my home again. It is nice to do business with humble professionals!

What an awesome job the Ross Family Electric did at my house. The work, time, and overall job was outstanding, my wife was very happy. They did a fantastic job beyond what we were going to get with another company. The 10% veterans discount was not expected but really appreciated. Again Thank You!

The Electricians called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They were both courteous and professional. The job was a messy one, pulling off old fluorescent ceiling lights and cutting new holes to install 6 can lights. However, they did a decent job of minimizing the dust and pieces of ceiling. And they swept up after finishing. Shawn also completed a small additional job to install a second light in our encapsulated crawl space. While down there he informed me of a small water leak dripping from the condensation line off the AC/heat pump which required repair by our HVac provider.
I would use this provider in the future and recommend them to others.

Great service as always! These guys do things the right way every time. Responsive and professional. I came across them initially when I had a line down at my house and they were outside getting me fixed up immediately. Since then all of my electrical needs have been taken care of by ross family electric with no plans of switching up. I have a lot of respect and appreciation for this business and all of the staff! These guys are very professional, and polite, they clean up well after their work to boot. Removal of Federal Pacific panel, with install of new up to code panel...very pleased indeed, you will be too.

Ross Family Electric did a great job for us, I would highly recommend. The owner came out on his day off to get the electricity to our well pump going again. They are very reasonably priced and friendly people. Five star people for sure!

Shawn and Jared did a wonderful job. Our new kitchen looks incredible, and the lighting installed brings the colors out really well. Shawn had some good suggestions. When a small problem arose, Shawn came out and fixed it right away. I would suggest. They also repaired bad wiring that was done by a previous person. Thanks a bunch, guys!

Shawn evaluated our home and recommended the correct size of "Whole Home Surge Protection". He explained in lay terms the device benefits & installation. Installation was efficient and his service professional. (Device was made in USA)

I cannot express how pleased I am with Ross Family Electric. After hiring several electricians to fix an electrical issue in my home—with no success—I finally called Ross Family Electric for help. Within an hour of arriving, Jared located the source of the problem and repaired the circuit. He identified and resolved an issue that multiple other electricians had been unable to fix.

What a sad surprise.

Mr Ross talked me into a rewing job that cost at least twice if not thrree times as much as I could have had it done ($14,000), all the while bragging about how good would be the job.

With a breakier tripping off I called a friend with extensive electrical experience and he traced and fixed the problem in about tthirty minutes. In the process he identified multiple errors in the wiring that should not have been done that way.

So, Warning! Get two or three other quotes before using this service. I also found out that the guy who rewired my house was fired soon after the job.

To take advantage of those in need who ask you for your help is a serious transgression that will have everlasting consequence. We should all pray for Mr. Ross, and forgive him his greed and lack of moral ethics.
