318 Construction did my rebuild for an HVAC fire I experienced in my home. They were prompt.

My garage had water damage from cold water and pipes broken...318 Construction had a team come out and look. It only took 3-4 days to get my garage back looking new...🤟🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🙌🏾👐🏾

BUYER BEWARE!! 318 Construction took advantage of my elderly mother. They did not explain/review the contract. They will not provide documentation on construction costs (materials, labor, etc.) These guys should not be doing work in Hot Springs Village.

I really enjoyed working with Mr. Austin Adams and Dustin. They were so professional and courteous. Dustin did great work. I was highly pleased. Mr. Austin made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were a great team to work with.

Everything was excellent. Very professional, very friendly. Kade Stewart was my project manager. I don’t know how i would have gotten through this without him. He was always available to answer my calls and questions. I would recommend Kade and 318 Construction to anyone!

Had A pipe break.this company ruined my house. They tore out built ins and replaced them with plywood cabinets. The painters were the worst. Got paint on everything and put latex paint over oil base. There is much more! A 2 month job took 8 months. I had to hire my own painters to finish.

Kade and his team did an excellent job on the restoration of my home after the microburst that happened on June 25, 2023. Kade went over the process with me step by step. He listened to my concerns and questions. He always answered my calls, returned calls and responded to text messages. I am very pleased with the work that 318 Construction provided.

318 has a lot of heart but lacks substance. Absolutely the nicest people, from Josh to Colin to Mike. However, their sub-contractors were not invested in the job, disinterested, and unreachable. To this day, I am unclear of the insurance process, but perhaps that's just me. We are so fortunate that we had a very cooperative insurance adjuster/group. I often felt like I was asking a favor for expecting work to be done. And things would not move unless I was a thorn in their side - that is not how I want to relate to my contractor. Some of this can be blamed on the involvement of other sub-contractors at the recommendation of our insurance company; and the community suffered another major hit (tornado) that inundated 318 with additional work. The end product is certainly more than acceptable, but it was many months late, not completed with attention to detail, not inexpensive (as best I can tell), and with significant frustration and heartache. I would use 318 again, but probably not for insurance work.

I would not recommend this company. My job took way too long to be completed. And I paid my deductible and the cost up front, but months after job was completed they still demanded more money. They contract stated that were to be paid before the job was completed.

After March 31st tornado I reached out to 318 construction to Josh Peabody and he came and evaluated the damage in 24hrs. He contacted his project manager Kade Stewart which has been amazing. He was so polite and very professional in explaining every detail of my damage. Kade was always available to follow up on any concerns I had. Kade sent a painter over to handle my inside damage. Dustin McNerlin came and took care of my damage in a timely manner and does a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to say how happy I am with the quality of the work performed at my home by these men. I was especially impressed by the professionalism of Kade and Mike and everyone else involved. They showed up when they said they would, knew exactly what to do and did an expert job in accomplishing the work. All were very professional, kind and polite. The Project Manager Cade Stewart was Professional, Courteous and Friendly as he walked us through each step of our repairs. He was always available and responded quickly to answer any questions or explain each step in the repair process until the job was complete. After having water damage to my kitchen subfloor I reached out to Servepro/318 construction. My project manager Jeb Shepherd was professional and friendly. He walked me through every step of the process and was always quick to answer questions. The work crews were great and their finished product (kitchen) is absolutely a treat ti get to enjoy. I would 100% recommend 318 construction and their services.

Colin Tripp at 318 Construction did a wonderful job with the rebuild of our kitchen after a water leak and a wonderful remodel of our master bathroom removing the whirlpool tub and installing a walk in shower. They were did a great job with attention to details and the subs were excellently chosen and managed. I would highly recommend them to anyone for rebuild and remodel work.

SideCo sets the bar high in the home improvement arena! We used them last year for a redo of the original wood siding on our 50 y.o house - lots of water damage discovered. They handled it all without breaking a sweat! (ok, that's probably not true, it was the summer in AR - but at least we didn't see it!!!) Jimmy is the model of the perfect business owner - great communication, no hidden or surprise charges, always available if needed. His foreman Anthony and his whole crew were terrific.

Flash forward to this year, when another project required a small revision to one exterior wall. Not only did the folks at SideCo help, but they did so on short notice, and worked on the Fourth of July! Can't say enough wonderful things about the job this company does... Wish they could all be like SideCo!
