Your maids are still leaving my house unlocked when they leave. Irritated. They move my stuff around that it takes me another day to find everything that they moved. I always say to myself ' if you can't put it back where it is don't move it'. Other than that they are doing a good job.

They were very professional and kind.l have already share my experience with others and I was very satisfied with Molly Maid. They cleaned my apartment as I would have if I was still able to do so myself.

If I could give them six stars I would. This is honestly the cleanest my house has been in 10 years. The floors were literally sparkling! This is a level of going above and beyond that I've never experienced from a house cleaning service. These women are MIRACLE WORKERS! They even cleaned on top of the fridge!
Every part of the process from booking to completion was very professional, polite, and convenient. They really took the time to think of every little detail. I cannot recommend this company and these great people any more.

This company is a scam. They gave me two conflicting starting times in order to charge for 3 hours of services. After complaining about my kitchen cabinets not being cleaned, they sent two additional teams. The insides of my kitchen cabinets were never cleaned. Then they made an unauthorized second charge to my card. I have time stamp photos showing they didn’t clean my kitchen and I paid $400. I am in the process of disputing this charge. I wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy. 3 teams and my kitchen never got cleaned.(see photos)This company is a joke. On top of never receiving an invoice that I requested.

We paid $400 for 3 hours and 2 team members to do a “deep clean” on our 1000sqft emptied house (minus a couch and bed for staging to sell) and still have to clean after them. When I walked into the house, the two bedrooms, empty fridge, and oven were untouched/not cleaned. I was very confused and had to call and confirm what all had been done for $400, 3 hours, and 2 people in that small of a home that was empty. They confirmed that they only did the living room, small bathroom, and kitchen minus the oven and fridge. Granted we did decline when they called to ask for 2 additional hours for extra money however, I am still floored that an (again) emptied 1000sqft, 2 bed, 1 tiny bath, home could not be completed in 3 hours for $400 and two team members. I did not take any before pics of the home when we moved out however, I am attaching a photo of the bedroom in the state that it was in when we moved out to get an idea of what the cleaners had to work with in 3 hours. $400 for my house to look the same but just smell like windex. I Do Not Recommend them to anyone!

Team #36 Yolanda and Maribel were awesome! I scheduled a 3-hour clean of my home and they finished right at 3-hours which was perfect. They were also friendly and nice to my toddler who was at home with me during the beginning of the clean.

I also had another cleaning done several months later by Team #26 Amanda and Yoselin. They were also awesome!

I hired Molly Maid just before having major surgery. The did a great initial deep clean, and have been handling the housekeeping for me as I recover from the surgery. Team 11 is awesome!

Molly Maids always always always does an outstanding job. I love all the extra details. We were very dusty and dirty but not now! Everything smells so clean. Thanks to Mirna and Kelin for attention to the details and their kind hearts!

Team 27 did an absolutely phenomenal job! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful from scheduling the cleaning to payment. Will definitely be using again! Thank you!

**Updated Below** - Warning! I would be at home when they clean. I scheduled a move out cleaning. The house was already clean, except for light fixtures and cleaning out the cabinets. Their was noting in the house expect a few bottles of cleaning supplies and maybe 3 glasses in the cabinet. When I got the consult, I was told it would take two people 3-4 hours to clean the house. I thought that was a lot and but this was a last minute request from my buyer. So I said ok. I still have not received a receipt of services, but i was charged 723.23 to clean a 3 year old house, that is only 1780 SF, and that was very well maintained and kept clean. While it smelt great, there is no way it took 2 people 5 hours to clean an empty house - again that was for the most part already clean. So if you use them, just be in town. I fell like I was taken advantage of because I was out of town. Pictures are attached of before they cleaned.

Responding to the owner of Molly Maids. You can add lying to your unethical practices. The photos were not taken after the home was clean. I added a photo with a time stamp.

This was my second time using Molly Maid for move out cleaning and both times I have been extremely pleased with their services. I was given upfront pricing and a quote and they stayed in contact with me and pre authorized any additional time to complete service before doing the work. Based on the size of my home I feel the price was reasonable as your price is based off of the size of your home and the estimated time it takes two maids to complete the job. They paid attention to all the little things and both times they left my houses spotless, sanitized, and smelling fresh. They are absolutely worth the money and I will use them again for any move out jobs or routine/random cleaning services at my home.

Kelsey and Mandy (Team #19) did an excellent job cleaning my home this last time. They were friendly, like they always are, and very efficient. My home was left spotless and smelling fresh. I really appreciate the great job that they did.

I have had a great experience with Molly Maids service. Janeth and Rosa are wonderful! They are very kind and very friendly and do a very good job cleaning my house!

Oh my goodness! This was a wonderful experience. From the beginning, Angel put me at ease by explaining exactly what the process would be. He listened to what I wanted done. The scheduling and payment process was seamless. The team was prompt and far exceeded my expectations. They were very nice and professional. This is an older home and they made things sparkle and shine. I will definitely use them again. DO NOT HESITATE! You will be glad you used them.

Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my house after. The team was so professional and made the experience unforgettable. There is no better cleaning experience than the Molly Maids here in Little Rock! I will definitely recommend these professionals and highly encourage other people to have their houses cleaned from the best cleaning company!

We have a scheduled every other Wednesday cleaning at our home. We've always been pleased with the results. However, this past Wednesday, 2/4/26, we were treated to a wonderful team, Team #32, Diana and Vicente! These two ladies were on time and eager to get to work. They both had great smiles...just like my own, for which, by the way, I am known! They worked diligently...showing total respect for my "recovering from cancer Husband", who "lives" on our living room couch!

I would be very pleased to have these two ladies ring my doorbell every Wednesday! Is that possible?

Sucibel and Tania, who were the housekeepers assigned to my apartment, provided an exceptional cleaning service. They were incredibly thorough, attentive to every detail detail, and meticulous, easily surpassing any other cleaning crew I have previously had. Every inch of the place was cleaned as well as organized. They both were consistently pleasant, and their work ethic was commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone I know!

Nuria and Adriana did a beautiful job. They were thorough but also worked pretty quickly. I love a clean house, but I also love that they are always friendly and professional. I trust them to be in my home when I can’t be there the whole time and they lock up and leave my home just like I would.
My only negative is not for my technicians, but for the owner or management. I think the price is higher than most other similar services. I hope they pay the technicians a strong living wage for the great job they do. These ladies work very hard with a great attitude.

Team #8 Lucidenia and Malena did a wonderful job cleaning the cabinets and baseboards in my home. With 6 children things had gotten really dirty. They scrubbed all the dirty hand prints off. It looks amazing!!

I’ve used Molly Maid for years and love their services. i have moved 3 times and each time i was sure to hire them to service each move in cleaning and use them for biweekly routine cleaning. it is such a relief to have one less thing to do around the house. shoutout to amelia & kayla with team 14 who handled my most recent move-in cleaning. they were fast and efficient and i hope they will be back for my routine cleanings here.

Alma and Brenda did a wonderful job on my mom's townhome. They took the extra effort with some hard to clean areas and I didn't expect them to clean the outside patio windows too! They took great care in working around my mom being in the space. They checked in if they had questions to clarify the cleaning needs. This was a much needed deep cleaning! Very thoughtful and professional. Highly recommend this team!
