Blake from Royal House Wash came out and performed a soft wash roof cleaning and house wash. I did not realize my house was that dirty. They also cleaned out my gutters and they no longer overflow. Satisfied with everything they did, and will recommend them to all my friends.

After researching house washers in our area, I was most impressed with what I saw and read about Royal House Wash. This is the only company I called, and I was instantly at ease speaking with Blake. I explained my situation, and the age of our vinyl siding, plus about our roof, out buildings and driveway. During that same phone call Blake was able to text me a very professional and detailed estimate, we discussed it and he even stayed on the phone while I worked through the easy steps to accept it and even finger-sign my acceptance. In no time I received a texted confirmation and the appointment we agreed on. I have received texted reminders of our appointment, and he just finished my entire job and I have received a texted receipt showing the bill has been paid!! I am technologically challenged but found this entire process so very easy!

And I am in awe of how beautiful our old roof, our old siding, our out buildings and our old driveway look now!!! Just absolutely beautiful ❤️❤️!!! We had our house washed including the roof,dormers, brick, shutters and front porch. Everything from the edge of shingles to ground. They did a great job and the price was affordable. Outstanding company! They responded quickly to my call and deep-cleaned my concrete back patio, an enclosed patio room (with concrete floor), my driveway, and my brick mailbox--and they all look brand new now! Absolutely blew me away with their customer service and the quality of their work. Will use again next time I need exterior house cleaning. Highly recommend!

I got three quotes to powerwash my house. Royal was right in the middle. I decided to go with him because when I spoke with him I knew right away the customer service was going to be top notch! And it was ! My house looks sooo good! And he even replaced my house numbers for me. This type of service and quality is do rare these days. I am so happy that I found them.

Blake arrived as planned, surveyed my house and inquired as to all work I wanted done, and, honestly explained about any areas that may be difficult to remove with a basic cleaning. However, every effort was made to clean all surfaces and the results were amazing. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for outdoor cleaning needs. I'll have him back to my home a couple of times each year to keep everything in tip-top shape.
