Royal House Wash did a great job on my house, fence, deck, and roof cleaning. They were quick and efficient and were more affordable than the other quotes I received.

Our home sustained damage during the recent tornado. We asked Royal House Wash to come wash the house to remove the dirt and debris from our siding to make the damage more visible so that repair work could begin. Blake was quick to reply and checked the home first to make sure it would be okay to wash given its damage. Two days later, our siding is clean and our home looks so much better. Our home is very much loved, and Blake took the utmost care with it. Highly recommend.

Blake always does a wonderful job. He’s been providing Softwash services for myself and clients for 4-5 years. Services he’s done have included preparing and staining fences, removing staining from roofs, whole house washes and concrete cleaning. One day I had an “emergency” and needed a REALLY tall ladder for a plumbing job (hazard of having a house on the side of a hill :). I contacted Blake to ask if he might have one and within the hour he brought it to us. I appreciate Blake as a hard worker and also as a loyal friend.

I contacted Blake, the owner of Royal House Wash, for a house wash/gutter cleaning and he was able to schedule me for two days later. The communication was great, he was very polite, and dressed professionally. I asked for a driveway wash quote and was given a response a few moments later. His prices were very reasonable, so I added on the driveway wash. Blake worked nonstop for 6 1/2 hours to complete this job. I have zero complaints. My house is over 3000 square feet, has an extremely high/steep roof, and a very big concrete driveway. Blake had no problem navigating the roof and completing this job. My house looks brand new again, my driveway is almost sparkling, and my gutters and drainpipes flowed perfectly. I will definitely be using Royal House Wash again in the future and highly recommend!
