My husband and I have been a franchise with Jan Pro for over a year now. When we first started working I have to admit my thought was I do not want to clean any buildings, to be totally honest I hate cleaning at home but it has to be done . Our very first account was a really good account and at that point everyday we went in and clean and I began to really like it. We started in August of 2017 in December I told my husband let’s set a goal with in a year we need to have 7 -8 accounts and clearing a certain dollar amount a month. So here it is 1 year 3 months we have exceeded our goal we have 15 accounts with 10 workers. I love this and you will too. Keep this in mind you may start small but you will grow if you care about-what you do and not just focus on the dollar amount, be consistent on your cleaning build a relationships with the employer !!Accounts will come your way!!!!

I have been using Jan-Pro for sometime now in numerous locations that I manage. Doug Sternweis is my rep and is always responsive to my needs and questions in a very timely manner. This is an Outstanding Cleaning service. I never have worry about them missing a spot. It's always smelling great when I return to work . The employee are very nice and will make sure everything is great for you.

They have surprise visits to survey the work performed. Make it a point to visit with the our company contact person and the staff. Mainly asking how their service is going and anything they can help us with. Anytime we have a special event they are there to take care of our special request. We have the BEST TEAM, Bernard and Fannie Jones. They are ALWAYS on time and do a thorough job of cleaning. Additionally, they are ALWAYS friendly and professional. We’ve worked with Jan-Pro for several years and would highly recommend this company. We have two commercial buildings with over 25,000 sqft of space to keep clean. For the record, I rarely take time to write reviews for companies, but after a recent test of their character and professionalism, I volunteered to write this review.

We’ve never been given anything but exceptional service. Our calls are answered, our requests for service are handled promptly, the supervisors come by regularly to check on us, and we’ve never had a single complaint or concern from any of our employees about the security of their personal or company belongings.

Recently, there was an accident that caused some damage to the flooring. I was so impressed with Jan-Pro’s professionalism and resolution to the accident.

It’s hard to find hard working, capable, honest, professional, partners, and I would highly recommend this team.

Jan-Pro has done an amazing job keeping our facilities stocked and clean! Mrs. Katie has come by about once a month to ensure that everything is going well and make sure they aren't missing something or need to improve on anything specific!
