I had a tree fall in my back yard during 65 mph winds! Not only was my backyard encompassed with large branches and leaves, my entire electrical box andall wiring on the back of my house was pulled completely off!
A friend recommended Joe Roy with Add Electric LLC. I was amazed with the expedient and professional work done by this company! Within hours, all electrical wiring was replaced and I once again had power! I not only had this relief, but I had contacts with people who to rapidly came to my home to cut tree branches, rake leaves, and haul off debris. I also had a very good recommendation for a carpenter, who totally replaced a window, necessary siding, and replaced boards that were broken. A few days later, both my house and back yard looked better than before! Thanks to Add Electric! Cannot give this company enough praise!

In the process of selling our residence, the home inspection came up with three minor things to attend to: swapping out an outlet, replacing a ceiling fan remote, and tacking up a wire in the crawl space. I feared the small things that needed attention would not be worth anyone's time. Joe was referred to me by our agent, and I couldn't be happier. Joe communicated with me throughout the process, showed up on time, did excellent work, and charged a more than fair price. I will definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him!

Joe is a great guy. He's on top of it! He answers his phone, he is very communicative, he will work through your issues with you and offer the best solutions and try to save you money, and you can't ask for a more genuine person to deal with! He has worked for me and with my company on several projects and has never given me a reason to even consider looking into another electrical contractor for a second opinion or even a backup. If you know SMART COMFORT heating and air conditioning, then you know we don't sacrifice quality. Therefore, if we use Joe, then you know he's top notch! He is the only one I want on our jobs for any electrical needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, the owner and the employees. My husband is in the commercial contracting business and we are very aware of how electrical contractors and their teams should work and this company is the best I have ever seen. The owner is absolutely hands on with his employees. He works right along them and they all work together in unison like a well oiled machine and the great thing is when they are done they clean up too. 10 thumbs up for these guys!! Professional, timely, affordable and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend using this service. He answers the phone to initiate the service, but after that, he doesn’t return calls or follow through on the agreed-upon work. I asked to update my electrical system he failed . He didn’t do what the inspector requested, to correct his incomplete work. Very unprofessional, rude and condescending. I will be going to the BBB and potentially suing due to the multiple delays on his behalf and now incomplete job and complete refusal to complete the job he was contract for. I will be back with more updates.

Update: The plumber he sent had the same poor attitude and was unable to provide a quote that made sense, therefore I went with someone else. I would not use anyone he recommends.

I was on site with the electrician to walk him through all of the needs, he still didn't do it right. He was late several times as well. Some vendors need more support than other, this is one.

The Plumbers and HVAC issue wasnt as described, I have pictures. I have another electrician who has also confirmed there wasnt much of an issue and that he did a few things that raised an eyebrow. I have some else who will correct and finish the task. While I get my refund from this guy. He should only be used for the smallest of task.

I hope this shines a light on this business and there poor practices.

Add electric did the electric work on my wedding venue and did amazing job and a great price. Took them about 8 hours and complete the entire project. Great company to work with.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I would definitely recommend Add Electric LLC for all electrical jobs. Joe and his team helped me bring an existing home that was vacant for years up to code. Joe also made recommendations on convenient places to add lighting and outlets. He even installed new recessed lighting to make my home decor more modern. They were honest in their pricing, great service, and quick to respond when needed. I have them saved in my phone now as my electrician!

Brandon was professional and thorough in his investion of our leak issues. I highly recommend.

I used them to try to make sure there were no leaks in our foundation prior to work starting. They did find a leak, but during the process some freak accident occurred and our bathroom flooded. They worked to rectify the issues and fully covered the cost of the repair and mitigation. They addressed the leak and treated us very fairly throughout. They are expensive, yes, but they do good work.

If I could give these guys a higher rating, I would. Very professional, so polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. Mr. Louis Martin and Layton were great! They took the time to explain things to me in clear terms for someone who doesn’t have the same knowledge, to where I could understand what was going on. They were super helpful and so kind. I WILL be calling again for any other leak detection or plumbing services!

The guys were very friendly and professional and did all they could to find the leak. The leak decided to stop leaking while they were here. Once it starts leaking again I plan to call them back to find it again. They did verify there was a leak by looking at the water meter upon their arrival. Its not their fault the leak decided to stop leaking while they were here.

Was loosing about 1.5 in of water a day. Two very nice men came by and spent a few hours checking pipes and diving to check the shell of the pool. Thankfully all the lines were good and they found a small separation around the skimmer . They repaired it and voila no more leak. I was in the pool industry for 47 years at these people were very professional. I would highly recommend them if you are having a leak in your pool.

I had a water leak in the line coming from the street to the house. The men came out and found the leak and it was 15 feet from the main valve. They were telling me that I needed to tear out my driveway to fix the leak, they said the sleeve under it had collapsed. They wanted to charge me $10,000 to do so. I told them I was a home builder and they were lying through their teeth! They never gave up the grift. I called a different plumber and showed him where the leak was and he fixed it for $1500. These people are absolute crooks and they’re not to be trusted ever!
