Awesome customer service 👍. Their prices beat my expectations. Big box prices, home town service. I don't know who's slogan that is, but they proved it.

People were overly helpful like I was going to take something with out paying the cashier even came out from around the counter blocking the door like I was going to run out the door with out paying as you see from my receipt I wasn’t in there spending a little money wish I would have went to Home Depot some times supporting small business owners puts you in a store with disrespectful judgmental people I guess it’s the way I may dress or my antisocial personality but I’m a disabled veteran and I’ve never stolen a thing in my life I’m highly offended teach your employees how to be professional

Mr. Roy hsd excellent cutomer service, and very helpful with suggestions for my weekend project on mounting my address plate. He only works Mon, Tues, and Weds. you can ask for him then.

They have limited choices. They are on route to work so for some items a fast shopping experience. Nice folks very helpful. Many items you will not find. Not a lot of assortment. A little of everything.

The best damn hardware store I've ever been to, as well as the employees they were first class. The owner even help me find everything I needed. I have never had any other service like that anywhere else especially hums.

Store has pretty much anything you need. I don't personally shop there due to current local events that have affected me personally which is sad....smile in your face & stab you in the back at the same time thus i can't do business this way.

Knowledgeable. Professional. Reliable source of go to hardware needs. Not a franchise or big box store but has plenty of inventory and depth to supply the DIY as well as the trades. Good place.

The Latin gentleman, that work's there, to me was rude, bossy, appeared to me to be macho. He pretend's to be nice and sweet to the White owner's! Too bad, they have become pompous, and do not care if the customer feel's uncomfortable with the macho Latino, only that "they" are. I have never been dis--satisfied, with the service, until they brought him in. He must be married to one of their family member's! He come's across as impatient, and ready to push you out the door.

I love this place. Everyone's gonna be able to help you as long as you are just looking for something that you don't want to fight for in the big chain department store. I love this place.

The the “and lumber” needs to be removed from their name. So, I thought I would go to a small business instead of the big box chain Lowes or Home Depot. I thought a small business owner would have better quality wood. Boy was I mistaken! They only had four shelves of dirty rotten nasty wood. The employee at the desk even said I may want to go to the bigger stores like Lowe’s or Home Depot. Now I’m on my way back to Lowe’s! It’s just a nasty old store that nobody’s putting any attention into Anymore. The owner’s just socking away money while the old store rots.

I have visited here twice. The first time they didn't have what I needed and I had to go to Lowe's. Second visit.....the gentleman helped me find what I needed very fast & easy.

Been going here for years. They have more quality things packed in a store than you could need. Also the reason to go here is the service. Go in, tell them what you got going, and they fix you up. Good luck finding someone to help you at the box stores.
