Friendly staff.. Nice store.. I was asked 3 times, if I needed help, but someone was already helping me. I didn't have to wait long for a 35ft cable to be cut for my 89lb American Pitbully's outside runner cable. He has chewed the others in half without a problem. Hopefully. It will take a while to chew this one... I bought a Door Bolt Lock and knob to replace my old one too. I replace them every few years incase someone was careless with keys. Its better to be safe than sorry. If you need anything, regardless of what you may need, always check with these folks first...

A pretty good independently owned(?) hardware store with a somewhat limited but acceptable and in some cases niche selection of items. Perhaps 1/10 the size of Home Depot or Lowe's but the staff are friendly and eager to help and the prices are comparable if not better than the aforementioned big box stores.

The main draw for me is that they have items that the other big stores simply don't have like small valves, hoses, couplers, etc along with specialty screws, fasteners and hinges.

So the North Little Rock store is horrible ! 3 different stories from 2 employees. I bought a Weber Genesis Ii gas grill which needs a new gas hose and tank. I can't bring the grill to them.
Yesterday I was told to send pictures. I have lots. Today they tell me they don't know my needs??? They "don't make house calls" , I need a propane tank and a new gas line. That's all. I will never darken their doorstep again. SHOP LOCAL MY BUTT

These guys are so good! They treat you like family and genuinely care! They are very knowledgeable in all your home / work needs. I will always choose these guys over their competitors!

First time I went. My bedroom window had popped partially out. They advised what to do. Were very patient with me. My son came and in 15 minutes it was done and my bedroom toasty. I wish I had found them years ago.

One of their employees stopped in the left lane of the interstate to pickup some large black pieces of plastic, which caused an accident. When they saw they just caused a crash, they quickly left the scene. Leaving the plastic and the crash behind. That type of dangerous and inconsiderate behavior is unacceptable.

Very responsive and courteous. In addition was a very skilled plumber and got our job done quickly. I can not stress enough how professional the entire company was to deal with. I had a clog over the weekend and was told it would be late after noon before they could get to me. I agreed and asked if there was any way to get there earlier please remember me. I was a little shocked when i got a text stating he was on his way at 9:30am. Highly reccomend these guys!
