Guy at the counter made me feel like I was wrong. I ordered an expensive part and he acted like they didn't order such things. After a phone call they found my order. The part was right but the service was off.

Jason Jackson really is dependable and knows his plumbing. He came through and helped me out when nobody else could thank you very much I've used it before and I definitely would be back again.

Went out to order a polished brass sink drain basket. I was fully aware this would probably be a special order. The salesman just instantly threw me to the side, "nope. don't have that. brass is out. you'll never find that anywhere. good luck with that."
I went to Faulk Plumbing. They took about 15 minutes to research for me and find what I needed. It was a special order, as I expected it would be. Needless to say, the ones who took the time on this small project are the one's I'll go to for future larger projects because they have customer service that wants to try to help the customer.

Get a new phone system the one you have is not working for the men that is in service and needs a answer quickly. Not being transferred to another store out of town/State . The phone system you can get a answer with in 5 min or less. The one that you have .Has had me on the phone over 20mins and still have to hold on 10 min to see if that store has it or not . Most of the time I put your store on phone and other warehouses on my other phone. 98% the other warehouses will have me on the phone and off with the part . With min . Most All your sales team are great men and know there stuff.

Pam took such good care of us when we were picking out all our plumbing fixtures. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory. She helped us fit everything into our budget and be happy with what we picked out at the same time. When you have someone with that much finesse, I will send all of my friends and family to her! Spoke to Jason @ the North Little Rock office and gave him the very limited known information about the broken appliance and he was able to find a replacement dishwasher. His recommendation was awesome as we finally have a dishwasher that cleans the dishes. Ordered and delivered on time. A very friendly helpful delivery driver delivered the dishwasher. Will call Ferguson first for all appliance needs in the future.

Went in at 11:15 am and could not get anyone interested in helping me. Looked like the were having an employee meeting and they saw me but no one got up to help me. Another gentleman came in was waiting..he said he was going to wake someone up..he went down the hall. I finally left without being wait on and the other guy was picking up his part and loading it in his truck. What's up with that?? Call before you go to make sure someone is at supply counter to help you is my suggestion.

I highly recommend Ferguson and especially Jason! He went above and beyond to find the parts I needed for several repairs of old 70's type plumbing. I was able to just send him pictures via text and in 2 business days was able to go pick up my order. Will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs and will for sure tell my friends!

Oliver replaced some old drain pipes under my house he is very very good nice honest only plumber I want to use you will be glad you called him, thank you Oliver

Oliver has worked on a couple of jobs for me from replacing sewer lines in a crawl space to the emergency call on a clogged drain. He is reliable, competitively priced and most important he cares about the work. He is my first call when I need a plumber and would highly recommend.

Oliver was prompt in responses, on time, able to tackle several small projects around the house and with the fair price. He told me what actually needed to be fixed and what was okay. He is honest and hardworking guy. I was very happy with his work.

I got tired of paying the huge companies to send a 21 year old out who could barely open the gate. So I did some searching and found Oliver’s.

He showed up on time, fixed the issue and charged a very, very reasonable price. I’m already working on a list of a few other things I want him to come back and fix for me. Very happy with service provided, price charged and quality of work.
