I was referred to Sowell by a friend of mine and they came out same day, repaired my leaking pipe under the house, and cleaned up after their work was completed. They were swift and completed the job accurately with premium equipment. Sowell will be my go to for any plumbing work in the future!

I can’t say enough good things about Gage and the team at Sowell Plumbing. We recently moved into a new home and found out we needed a complete sewer line replacement. From the initial inspection to the final completion of the job, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Gage kept us well-informed throughout the process, and the office staff was quick, courteous, and handled all the permits and communication with the city seamlessly. Did not have what I needed

Worst service ever from Christy Pritchett. Totally ghosted me at the first inclination that I might change contractors. Even after I tipped her $20 cash. Must have incorrectly assumed I'd buy elsewhere. Repeatedly refused to respond to my text, email or voicemail messages. Completely ignored me when I asked her what was going on with my quote so that I could get things moving. Missed out on about $15k worth of plumbing fixture sales. Delayed my renovation project by about two months.

Also "over shares" about her pay and commission structure, along with her personal family business. Very unprofessional.
What else can I say? Absolute nightmare experience. Worst retail experience ever.

We’re building a new house, and our plumber referred us to Faulk. I left several unanswered messages to their showroom. Finally I called the counter, and asked if there was anybody working the showroom. Finally, Christy called me. I was trying to figure out which location I needed to go to, since the plumber first suggested Maumelle, then Searcy. With a bad attitude, she said North Little Rock, and wasn’t pleasant in telling us we needed to make an appointment. I thanked her for her time, then my wife and I drove to Batesville, and bought everything we needed for our new house at another place. I informed my plumber I won’t be using Faulk.

This was my first time dealing with DL Cleek. Mr Cleek came highly recommended. He appears to be someone who's done this work for a long time and makes you feel comfortable because he explains in plain terms what needs to be done and how it should be done. The water heater we had was old and poorly installed. Mr Cleek and his helper did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I now feel like I have a plumber I can trust and would highly recommend him to anyone.

As a realtor, when I need a plumber to work an IRSA, I need one pretty quickly. Mr. Cleek exceeded our expectations and was very fair in his pricing. He explained everything and when his worker came back, the guy was just as professional and helpful as Mr. Cleek was. This man knows plumbing and customer service.

Justin is the best. Professional, experienced, wonderful disposition and my dog Lucy loves him. The company/office support is also top notch.
