The plumbing services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are fantastic! They also have a very pleasant receptionist/scheduler answer the phone without having to endure a phone tree. Kordell is a very pleasant, knowledgable, and efficient plumber.

My midtown LR home was built in 1961 with ‘Orangeburg’ water and sewer lines. The lines were failing from age and tree roots and the only fix was to replace them. I’m on a corner property and the orangeburg mains run under a concrete porch, stairs, wall, and driveway.
I hired Contractor McRae Construction who worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater LR (BFP) to replace the mains.

My experience with BFP was excellent. From start to finish, we were advised of the timeline and progress of the project. BFP’s crew completed their work in 2 days. They arrived on time, worked carefully and expertly, operated a huge backhoe right outside by porch door, filed the necessary permits and their part of the LR Water Mgmt Authority reimbursement application, and cordoned off the digging area by the street for safety. The cleanup was efficient and complete. BFP’s Justin Messenger worked on site managing the project and addressing any questions.
They finished the job as promised in 2 days and left the property clean and ready for McRae Construction who expertly rebuilt the retaining wall, a French drain, stairs, porch and driveway.

The job is done and I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greater LR and McRae Construction for big projects! They were fairly priced (I had several estimates), professional, clean, reliable, and attentive to details. BF Plumbing and McRae Construction worked seamlessly together to complete the project. This was a 5 Star experience!

He came out 2 times and NEVER FIXED ANY THING the first time he was running late I called the office and the lady informed me he was running late he showed up about 2 hours later the time was from 12-4 that mean he was here about 6 and stated we had a leak?? Ok that’s why we called he told us he would be back first thing in the morning due to it was raining and he didn’t have the The clothes to go under the house due to the water(leak) the next day he showed up after 4:30 ish and stated it too wet a lot of water and he going to need to get the water drain out before he could do the work IF he can do the work

Company kept me informed That Nick would be late. That’s OK. I’m just glad to be kept in the loop. So I know what to expect. Nick did the job quickly and thoroughly I think.

I have found the plumbing company that will be my go to from now on. They responded right away, they showed up when they said they would, they had us all set and checked and double checked. He even brought some packages in for us that had been delivered.

We’ve used them several times and have been pleased with their service every time. Amazing follow through and working with the city to get issue resolved with our sewer problem this time around. Would highly recommend!

Home was serviced on 10/13/22. Nick was timely and attentive in explaining what was going on and what he was doing. Everything was fixed and is now functioning properly. He did an awesome job.

We used Clogg Hoggs to get the clog out of our backed up guest bathroom toilet and they were amazing! I called yesterday evening and they came this morning. Fixed the problem with ease and they were just so nice and friendly. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone.
