Nick from Clog Hogs was great! Very friendly and informative. He even checked my water pressure after (even though he was just here to get a clog out of my main sewer line) because I was concerned about it. Highly recommend!

Clog Hogs was able to get to us the day after we called them, when other places had a 4 day wait. We were given a price quote over the phone and that's exactly what we paid! No hidden fees or surprise charges. He had to try a couple different things but he didn't leave until he fixed our problem, and gave us advice on other things he saw in the pipes.

This service call was actually for my 95 year old mother and I made the arrangements. They were able to schedule us that afternoon on a 9 AM call. The team member I spoke to on the phone was very professional and nice, and she provided an estimate of the cost up front based on the information I had...and the actual service was less than half the price quoted because the clog did not involve root clearing! On time, under cost and happy with the service!

Respectful, prompt, on time, and casual. I don’t like that I paid 115 for 20 mins of something of a consultation or evaluation only to tell me what I already told them what my problem was. Their camera was broken (so they couldn’t use it) and the drain machine pulled back mud or dirt ( we already knew this though) so to be honest they still don’t even know if there was a problem beyond that. Obviously we couldn’t have been their target consumer because they just so happen to have a wait list and a short staff for their company. As of right now find another company who does either cheaper or free diagnostics oh and who is gonna be able to do the work if need be. They couldn’t help me but I paid for not even the full hour. They maybe a better fit for your situation like I said they were respectful and prompt and ready but that just didn’t sit well in my spirit. It’s gonna get better though for all of us.

Updated reply: Thanks for responding a year later. You really took your time and explained your side but you weren’t there that day. Your employees were PROMPT RESPECTFUL AND READY. I had told them that the previous contractor DID pull back mud. They did inform me that their camera WAS broken. You can just ask me to take it down instead of gaslighting me. I clearly said in the original post I was upset that I still had to pay that amount with no solution. Thats my problem. Not yours. But I stated that.

I used this companies twice within one month. They are wonderful people! Quick service and reasonable price! Specially today I called in the morning for leaking water of the pipes at the attic! They showed up within one hour with the equipments and they fixed the pipes! We got the water right away! Love this company!

Greg had been out previously to clean out a French drain. Later I discovered that where a downspout had been routed underground and into the drain was clogged. Greg came back out, cleared the blockage and double checked all the other downspouts. I highly recommend Clog Hogs for not only cleaning out clogs but for any plumbing work. Thanks, Greg.
