Eric and Mason did a great job. They explained everything they were doing, were upfront about cost, and even let my kids ask them one hundred questions. They were prompt and kept at it until the problem was resolved.

So, I called when I needed a plumber again. He sent Jeff and Eric to install a Rinnai tankless water heater on 12/12/23. They were fast, professional, and timely!

Eric and the Victory Plumbing team did an awesome job of installing my water heater. They were courteous and answered all my questions.

Eric and Mason came on time and figured out what needed to be done for my toilet that keep running. They were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering my questions. They even fixed a couple of things like cleaning out my drain and cleaning out my faucet cover in the main bathroom. They even helped right and wrong that was done by a plumber from Ray Lusk. I would never recommend them since they did such a lousy job for me. Eric and Mason said they want to treat all their customers as if they were family. Drop the mic. I will never use anyone but them.

Absolutely and totally impressed with Victory plumbing. First they were half the price on a tankless hot water heater I needed than competitors. Secondly their customer service is top notch from everyone I had dealing with. Do not hesitate to use them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Victory did the plumbing on our remodel last year. Awesome job and made sure we were happy. That’s why we used them for repairs. Eric was who came out this time. Very nice and professional and had our issues fixed quickly. Worked on three faucets.

Travis and his guys are always professional and courteous, Dallas in the office is amazing! We’ve used Victory Plumbing for years and will continue to do so for many years to come. They’ve helped rebuild a bathroom, installed a tankless hot water heater and replaced faucets ect… and always amazing service whether it be something as small as winterizing while out of town then swinging by to turn the water back on while we travel home or something as large as entirely new plumbing for a bathroom remodel their service is always on point!

Travis came to the house fast, even with 8 inches of snow on the ground. He quickly diagnosed what I needed to repair a burst pipe, then he fixed it and was on his way. Price was reasonable too. I will definitely use Victory Plumbing next time I have a problem.

Technicians were very professional. I received a courtesy call that they could arrive earlier than scheduled which worked great for me! I was informed immediately of the cause of my problem and how it would be resolved. They worked with skill and efficiency. Outstanding, fast service at a reasonable rate... Taylor got back to us quickly (on a Sunday) about our drain issues, arrived on time and clearly explained the problem as he resolved it. Need to give him a raise.. Great customer service and would not hesitate to call him in the future.
