The repair man was on time, and explained thoroughly what he would do to make the repairs and the cost. Once I agreed to the repairs he got to work and did a good job, as I was monitoring his work. He conducted himself very professionally. I was very pleased with the entire process. 👍

I was very impressed with the customer service of the rotor rooter team. From the courtesy call to the timely arrival. When the technician arrived he introduced himself as Eric. Right away I noticed the professional attitude and appearance, although his uniform was very neat and clean he did not hesitate to crawl under the house and check several other places inside the house and outside of the fence. In my opinion he held to the high standard that customers expect from a company like Roto-Rooter that has been around for years. Thank you for your service and we will be contacting Roto-Rooter for our future plumbing needs .

Mr Buck came out and access our leaking faucet for repair. He was very professional and friendly. Needless to say he got the job done in a timely manner and was thorough about explaining what happened. Good job!!

I had a natural gas’s leak. You could smell it but I couldn’t find it. Pierce from Roto-Rooter came out, found the leak within 5 minutes and had the problem fixed within 15 to 20 minutes. The next day there was no natural gas smell anywhere in the house! Great job Pierce!!!

Taylor was my service tech. He was absolutely amazing! Very respectful and kind. If I have any more issues, I will be requesting him. I had a toy clogged in the toilet that he was able to remove in less than 5 minutes.

Garrett (I hope I got your name spelled right brother) was extremely helpful and professional and a true hardworking man! Give him a raise y’all! He’s outta the Sherwood office and he was the on call plumbing technician yesterday night through today. That’s also how long he was here making sure that he got the job done professionally and efficiently! He personally saw to not only clearing a blockage but additionally repairing a collapsed cast iron pipe. We had a major plumbing issue that made it to where if we used any plumbing it would back up and make our downstairs toilet overflow with sewage. Roto Rooter came out and got us a quote and moved things around to where they could come start working on it the very next day. Eric and his partner came out and worked their butts off for two days straight. They communicated with me throughout the whole process to let me know when I could and couldn’t use my plumbing. I’m so thankful for their hard work and for getting the job done as quickly as humanly possible!

We had a major blockage that backed up our toilets and tubs. Roto Rooter was very friendly on the phone and was able to dispatch a great plumber very quickly. They also sent out a claims person for insurance if needed. We were very impressed with the professionalism from the phone call to the claims person and then the plumber! Don't use them! They put a huge hole in my tile shower and told me the shower pan was leaking and would not fix it or the huge hole in my shower they made. They charged me $8,000. Worst experience of my life and I had to get a full time second job for 8 months to pay for the damaged they caused. They tried to convince me that my homeowner's insurance would cover everything and it did not.

Drake was amazing, knowledgeable and all around great experience I've had with a plumber. He was professional and personable. He arrived in the window of time I had been given and even cleaned the area he worked in. I'm so glad to have found a plumber on a Friday and managed to get one to come out to my home. I highly recommend them!

Buck was an excellent technician. He was prompt on available time . Even was early! He throughly assessed problems and provided solutions to address stopped up line and toilets that had been inadequately installed.
In addition to his professional knowledge, he was a good communicator and polite.
