The gentleman who came to my house to repair my garbage disposal and the leaking around my bathroom sink were friendly and professional. They were willing to arrange their 'starting point' so that it didn't interfere with my daughter at home job.

My service person was Dakota and I couldn’t have had a better experience with my water heater install. He was thorough, professional and a great communicator. If he was going to be a few minutes delayed to my service call he let me know. I could see he was very conscientious in his work and the hot water heater he installed was very well done. I appreciated that he left the work area clean and tidy. If I have plumbing needs in the future I hope they send Dakota out to do the work because I know it will be done right.

I had a problem with my toilet and Chris came to the rescue! I really appreciated that they gave me the earliest available appointment with an actual time—not one of those vague "between 9 and 12" windows. Chris showed up a few minutes early, got right to work, and was extremely polite and respectful of my home. Great service from start to finish.

Robert was on time, informative and professional. No cause for the seepage was determined though he seemed to be thorough in his efforts. A call back may be necessary if the problem repeats. Thanks for responding promptly

we had to replace a garbage disposal that was leaking and they replaced a big gasket underneath the sink is leaking all over the floor and they did a good job getting all that done now there's no more leaks. Got a new garbage disposal so it went well.

These guys went out of the way to ensure that everything was addressed for our problem that just presented as a leaky faucet in the bathroom. It turned into a deal with CAW involved, but these guys got it done very quickly. I've dealt with a number of plumbing companies over the years; this one gets five stars! Zac and Chris, we'll be back!

Mr. Escobar installed (replaced) my hot water heater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and Rock Plumbing!

Tried to schedule an appt but they never got back with me. Kept calling and calling and they never would get back with me. Finally gave up after a week and a half and got someone else who came with in a day! They dont treat you like a priority!

Terrible service. We placed a home warranty request for our tankless water heater. They selected this company and sent someone out. The technician came and said he couldn’t do anything. We never received a report or any recommendation on what to do next. Little to no information is why we will not be using or recommending this business.

The serviceman showed up on-time and extremely friendly. His knowledge of what could be wrong and what was wrong was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company for any of my plumbing needs from now on.

Chris Cagle was very kind, professional and thorough. He checked my home for leaks as I had an extremely high water bill. He monitored my water meter and determined that it was malfunctioning- the needle didn’t move while he checked it. I’ll get a credit on my water bill now and the meter fixed by the city.

Fantastic emergency work done by Joe. My outdoor faucet head cracked and was leaking tons of water when I got home after 5pm. I was able to turn-off the water main, then called multiple so-called 24/7 companies only to be told their next availability was the 2nd or 3rd week in December. I called The Rock Plumbing, he answered on the first ring and while I explained the situation I was in he was putting his boots on to come help me out. After arriving, he was very professional and personable. Joe had my situation resolved within 20 minutes. His fees are very reasonable for my after-hours emergency call. I am so very thankful he answered because I don’t think my family could have waited with our water turned-off for 2-3 weeks to be seen by those “Big-named” plumbing companies. Thank you again! You will definitely be my first call next time.
