Arrow came and gave me an estimate to install a faucet in my back yard. The service technician was very professional and helpful. The price was a little high, but he gave me a second one that was better doing it a less expensive way. I have 30 days to decide. He left me with a brochure explaining their Total Care Club, which I will seriously consider. I need a reliable plumber, and this might just be the one I go with.
PS I did get this work done. It is very good work. Will go with Arrow from now on.

Was able to get Arrow out to my house within a couple hours. The plumber that was sent was pleasant snd fixed the problem quickly.

Had a sewage backup, the plumber was nice and competent and the work was good. However I'm giving 2 stars because the price was crazy high. $600 for a simple rooter with no complications and a cleanout. If I hadn't been between a rock and a hard place I would have declined. I couldn't wait another day for someone else to come.

Edit: after a few weeks to do some research and think about it I am downgrading to 1 star as I defiantly feel I was way over charged and taken advantage of because they knew I had no other choice. Very immoral business practices.

Also to be clear they came out on a weekday during the day time. This WAS NOT a emergency/after hours service.

We have used Arrow plumbing on two occasions in the last two months. Our water heater went out and Arrow plumbing replaced the water heater with a tankless water heater. The technicians were very professional and courteous. We were very satisfied. We had a slow gas leak in the valve of the fireplace and used Arrow again. Kyle could not have been more professional and kind. He showed us pictures of the work done under the house and walked us through starting the fireplace up. I would highly recommend Arrow plumbing for all plumbing needs

I'm very impressed with Arrow Pluming! They showed up on time, were friendly and respectful, and took the time to explain what was happening with my pluming issue. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. It's such a relief to have a company you can trust. Definitely 5 starts!

I hired these guys out of a time necessity. I needed a sink reattached after a counter top install. I was quoted $1200 by the technician on-site. Obviously shocked at the bill. I saw a simple reconfigure but I was 'explained' to that the work was more in depth. Was told there was about 5 hours worth of work. Well, 5 hours plus parts and labor made sense in my head. Job was finished in 45 minutes. One y-pipe was removed. New trap added, reattached And the faucet was installed.

The work was performed well by the technician but the money's worth is not there. Luckily this was a test hire for future projects I know to pass on. By your own trap kit at your local hardware place for $35 and go on YouTube.

Refusing to service apartment complexes is diabolical!!! Especially privately owned ones with no property management company running them!! We operate over 600 units at 6 different complexes in the Little Rock area and would NEVER recommend this company. Pathetic business practices and borderline discriminatory in my opinion. Sucks that you will miss out on thousands of dollars yearly by refusing service!! Plus we will make sure everyone we deal with knows about your poor business practices!

Had an awesome first experience my issue was a leaky hot water side of shower. I was expecting a call at a certain time but someone literally showed up early and got right to work. Using them again for future needs.

The people in the office were great but the tech that did the work was not so good. First, they had to come back and finish work that should have been completed the first time. Second, the tech tried to charge another 300 half way into the job. People in the office stayed with the original price but seemed fishy. I will not use them again.

I appreciate that they always communicate about arrival times and are clear about pricing before the work begins. Their techs are always good about listening & making sure you are satisfied with the work before they go.

They are very reliable and I have used them a few times. I have a leak today and they came out I was informed that if they hand dig a hole it's $442. that seems a little pricey to me, no actually it seems a lot pricey. Another thing is I wished that I was told that last night when I called because I would have had it dug out for you and now I have to wait as he doesn't recall for me to dig out I call you to come back out.

EDIT: They sent a contractor to clear any immediate safety issues, but there is potential structural damage beyond his expertise. I will update my review when this is done, but we are currently waiting on a structural engineer.

I don't even know where to start... They came to install a line for a fridge, but he missed trying to drill down from the attic and made a huge hole in the wall in an adjacent room. He cut the joist at the bottom of my roof truss nearly in half, and part of my bedroom was coated in debris including my bed. Then he almost fell through my living room ceiling, leaving a huge gash. Couch saturated in insulation/attic dust. Two walls and two ceilings need repair and repaint, now, due to lack of experience, planning, and proper tools for the job. It was like the 3 stooges in there, even confused as to whether the water was off or not at one point.

They had no borescope, a broken fish tape (tool for fishing things through walls), used my stud finder, and had a dull hole saw with NO extension, leaving them unable to handle the job. The guy in the attic couldn't identify the top of a wall or keep his weight on joists. The other guy was eager to cut big chunks out of walls without checking what he was cutting into, and massively overcut the hole for the tap itself even after tearing up a huge chunk of my bedroom. He also marked up that wall, unsure where to cut. A borescope (little camera that looks in walls) costs $60 locally, as of writing, and drill extensions can be had for less than $15. They only tarped my couch AFTER they'd already covered it in dust and insulation.

This should have been easy... drill into top of wall with a hole saw, drill through the horizontal stud about a foot down with an extension, check what you are doing with a borescope at the top and bottom along the way if needed, cut a hole just big enough for the tap box, and run a fish tape to guide your pipe if you can't find the opening. I would have precut all the holes myself, if I had known they would struggle this badly with basic construction principles. I have damage and dust in 3 rooms that never should have been outside of a wall (old houses are built with chemicals and caulks that are banned today due to danger, which requires care and attention to work around).

Last time they came, they messed up my brand new duct work and ran their gas lines where it couldn't be fixed, but they at least came back and did a better job. But today has me completely in shock, especially given that they had worked in the house before. I am exhausted, and am waiting to hear back how they plan to repair and repaint both sides of that wall and the giant hole in my living room ceiling, and have this dust professionally cleaned from my home and furniture. The tap box is on upside down (or the wrong model orientation). Finally, the pipe coming down will be pinned against drywall, because their drill bit was in too poor shape to get through a stud (per their description), which is a water damage risk if someone taps a nail into the wall there. He cut lumber without even thinking twice, and tried to drill through the intersection of 2 studs, ruining both a nail and his bit. All of it will need to be fixed.

They cleaned up behind themselves a bit, but not thoroughly. I tried to raise alarm, but I couldn't get it through. They didn't use respirators or other breathing safety equipment, either, and one of them was coughing from exposure.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They say they will get it fixed. I will update this if they fix my house, or if I have to reach out to insurance, licensing boards, code inspector, OSHA, etc. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve, and I'm in tears right now over the damage to my house and property. I am disabled, I do not have it left in me to deal with the aftermath, and I wish I had gone with someone else.

Jay did an awesome job today. He came out to our home prompt in the snow and got us taken care of. We appreciate his service.

Arrow plumbing is the best of the best. The service was quality. They were early and got the job done quickly. Serviceman Braedon Miller is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr. Miller and Arrow Plumbing.

AMAZING service from beginning to end. They replaced my water heater and pipes within the past two months. The work was excellent. The customer service is grade A++. I cant say enough about the pleasant operators who take my calls and the technicians keep you up to date every step of the way. The price points are reasonable considering plumbing jobs are always going to be costly.
Lots of experienced, hard working people who appreciate my business. You won't go wrong with Arrow Plumbing. They definitely hit the target every time they do a job for me!

We couldn't be happier with Arrow Plumbing. They gave us their prompt attention at a very fair price. Andy and Zach were polite, professional and experts in their field. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They checked for additional leaks before they made their final installations. Arrow made a bad situation easier and beautiful for us.
