Kyle came out to diagnose a water heater issue we were having. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate that he walked me through exactly what he was thinking the issue was and why. The solutions offered were explained well to us and he wasn’t pushy at all in any direction. This took a lot of pressure off of me as a customer and left me the option to decide the next step in our problem.

I would definitely use Arrow again for plumbing needs/issues.

I think they do quality work. They arrived on time. The young man was extremely polite, very personable and professional. Having said that, the price was ridiculous. $472 to install a kitchen faucet that I had plus $75 service charge. He was here for 30 minutes. Won't use again.

They were quick to respond on a Saturday. The gentleman they sent was professional and great at explaining everything. We felt comfortable knowing this installation was going to be done correctly. He had to re do previous work from the original installation of our water heater as it was not up to code. I would highly recommend Arrow plumbing to anyone in the future.

Very sensitive to the knowledge that I was home from surgery at the same time as his arrival. Quietly and efficiently in and out and patient. I couldn’t say much, but I could tell that he was trying to get the work done quietly. This is very much appreciated and a special and unusual touch in service. Thank you! 🙏

As always, yesterday's visit was very good. Nick is a really awesome, excellent representative for Arrow! I really appreciate his recommendations and advice. He's a good educator! And again, I appreciate his wearing shoe covers every time he came inside, while rebuilding my kitchen faucet, as well as doing the comprehensive Total Care Club check list. The customer service over the phone was excellent! The service technician took his time to find the issue with our faucet. When he finally found the problem, he gave us several options to fix it and how to use our faucet in the meantime since he would have to come another day to fix it. The technician came back and fixed our sink perfectly! Great service! Highly recommend

Jett was amazing with his communication and customer service skills. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. That alone gets stars, right? He was courteous and knowledgeable and clearly explained what the issue was with my plumbing and methods to solve the issue. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Arrow Plumbing knocked it out of the park for me this past Friday! We had an urgent issue with a clogged drainage pipe at our business and called Arrow Plumbing for help on a Friday at 2pm! Due to the time of day they thought they wouldn’t be able to get to us until after hours which I totally understood. Received a call 30 minutes later that someone was on their way to fix the problem!! I was elated to have the issue fixed so quickly!

They were so great with the repairs needed for our home’s hot water heater this summer, and so glad I called them to fix our issue at our business.

Nick is a nice young man and he was upfront with his findings before he attempted to do the work. He respected my household and completed the necessary repairs. Upon, repair work for my toilet, Nick discovered I have a major issue with it. He was professional enough to adjust the total cost of the bill due to the repair needed becoming greater. My adult children appreciated you being friendly with them and encouraging them to become plumbers. I appreciate your service and willingness to help repair my toilet.

Friendly service and did a good job. Only issue was being upfront about an estimate over the phone. I was told service was done by job and not hourly with a 75 dollar charge for the initial visit. Job took about maybe 30 minutes to clear a partial blockage of main outflow drain from house. Was quoted 500 dollars which is their basic fee which they could have told me on the phone. They made it sound like you’re charged 75 dollars and then increase price on amount of time it takes but you pay the 75 +the 500 which cost me almost 600 total. So if you are reading my review, it will be a 500 basic charge on cleaning your main sewage drain plus the 75 dollar charge with a possible increase in price if there are problems. Like I said earlier, they did a good job but I will not be a repeat customer.

Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service technician. He was in time, he explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. And gave me the price before he began the fix. Answered all my questions and offered advice. I will definitely use Arrow for my plumbing needs again.

Arrow Plumbing is excellent to work with. In two service calls they have been quick to respond and got my issues resolved in a very timely manner.

I called Arrow Plumbing to come out and help me search for and fix a leak. When talking to the lady in the office she said there is a $75 dispatch fee, which I completely understand. She then said if anything else is needed to help find and fix the leak, the plumber will talk with me first. The plumber showed up and we talked about the issue. I directed him to the crawl space and he opened the door, shined his light in and said "we are good here". We started turning the toilets off to see if the meter would stop spinning so fast and it did not. He then went outside to the meter and I went back to the computer to work. A while later I go over to the window and the plumber is digging in my yard. He comes in a while later and says that the whole line from the house to the main needs to be replaced. The line is 25 - 30 foot long from the house to the main. The plumber then charges me for a "diagnostic" fee of $175 without consulting me first like the lady in the office mentioned. The plumber then provides me a quote to replace the line. The quote was over $4,000. I told him I will be contacting someone else. I contacted another plumber who replaced the line for less than $1,000. I want to warn everyone that Arrow Plumbing stacks their quotes to help cover their high overhead. I would not recommend Arrow to my worst enemy. Feel free to contact me if you need a recommendation for an honest plumber.

They were able to get a technician out the same day we called! Within 2 hours of our call. The lady that answered my call was very nice!! The technician that came out was very kind and informative but pricey. Our toilets and shower were draining very slow. It was $580 to have them use their rooter to look in our pipes. He ended up having to pull up our toilet because we didn’t have a clean out access and that was an extra $240. Lucky we found a $50 off coupon online which brought our total to $770. The clog was very small per the video that was shown to use. We were thankful they were able to get out quickly but thought the price was high for the work that was done.

I called for an appointment on Thursday and they said they could come out Friday from 2-4. I called Friday to ask if they would call me on their way here, said yes. At 4:30 pm Friday (yesterday) I called back asking where they were. She said someone would call me back. At 6pm I called again asking if someone was still coming out. Again I was told someone would call me back and said they would place it urgent. Never received a call. I'm GLAD this company thinks it's Time is more Valuable than Mine. Soooo disappointed after the reviews I read.

Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We called them out to repair one water line that consisted of 2 couplings and a 90 to be installed with around 6 ft of pipe. They took around 2 hours to get us a quote, and then when the quote came in, they were trying to charge roughly $2500. to complete the repair. We had already excavated the area that needed the repair, so there was no need for excavating.

I went ahead and got the items I needed from Home Depot for around $45. and did the repair myself. This took me about an hour, minus the time it took to drive to Home Depot.

The worst part is, once we denied them to fix the issue, they called the city on us and tried to say we were doing all kinds of illegal repairs on our property. We are in the county, and the city came out and saw nothing wrong with what we were doing. Very petty.

I highly recommend going with just about anyone other than Arrow. Worst experience dealing with a company that I have ever had.
