The worst service in a bad situation. First, they do not actually do Leak Detection, that is sub contracted out to a company that becomes part of your bill. Second, they performed an assessment that we had already performed. We knew we had a leak in the line between the house and the meter, the inspection they tout is doing just the same thing we had already done. We told them the situation before they came out. Third, after finding out we were going to have to pay them for what had already been established, and letting them know we were displeased, they never provided their estimate, which had us having to pivot to find another plumbing service. When you have this happening it becomes an emergency and they left us hanging and still expected to be paid for their "service." Look at their website and ask them the real question..Do you actually do your own leak detection, or are you just charging me to tell me I have a leak? Who will help responsible for actually locating the leak? If I wanted a Middle Man, I would have asked for one. Do yourself a favor and go directly to a legitimate leak detection service. I cannot recommend this company..

This is one of the best plumbing companies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They were extremely fast to come out, diagnose the issue and get it fixed. Very reasonably priced and extremely kind, thoughtful, and thorough employees. Highly recommend!

The Rock are great, they will get the job done and will keep at it until it’s done! Robert is very kind and has helped me with multiple plumbing issues including when other plumbers dropped the ball! Also Zach in the office is very organized with scheduling/billing etc. THANK U GUYS!

Robert Torres was very punctual in his arrival time. Arrived 20 minutes before time. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of the work he did. He cleaned up his area very well; removed all debris. We will recommend The Rock Plumbing Company to family and friends!! The plumber showed up early, worked quickly and efficiently, and fixed the problem. He took the time to explain the cause of the problem and told me what he was doing to fix it. He was polite and friendly and did good work. Thanks!

The tech assigned was great. .. . but the ability to contact anyone in the company was nearly impossible. I had to go through my warranty company in order to get communication with them.

Mr. Robert Torres, technician, is courteous. He was timely on the first appointment at 12:30pm on 12-05-2025, and I appreciate that. However, there were two (2) things in which I wish could have been slightly better. I believe the First American Home-warranty authorized a part to be replaced underneath the house (in the crawl space) where the water line connects to the house from the water meter. He had to place the old cut off lever back on because the new one would not fit. Later that day the TMZ valve (?) was the main thing needing replacing on this work order. Mr. Torres went to the hardware store and picked up the part. When he came back he found out the part was not the right part. Then he left for another job. He had already disconnected the red hose from the connection where the TMZ valve is connected and he told me he would come back on Monday. I paid the money upfront and I wanted the job completed that day. That is why I paid upfront. Over the weekend, that connection where the TMZ valve is connected leaked the entire time. On late Saturday night/early Sunday morning, I noticed a drip of water coming from the master bed room ceiling and I ran upstairs to
the hot water heater area. The hot water tank is above the master bedroom. When I checked the hot water tank area, there was water everywhere and the wood platform holding the hot water tank was soaked. I got old towels, paper towels, and everything I could to soak up the water. Then from Sunday morning until Mr. Torres returned at 3:40pm today on 12-08-2025, I placed buckets under the area that continued to leak the entire weekend. Every 2 to 3 hours, I switched out buckets to keep the water from causing more damage to my ceiling after overflowing from the pan. I spoke with Mr. Torres today and I told him what I experienced and he said he did not know. Personally, I tried to call the office over the weekend but there is no emergency procedure with the company. I did not give
A rating of a 1 star or 2 star, because when I met the tech on Friday and showed him everything, he was courteous as mentioned before. Also he was hard working. I if he had come back on Saturday to complete the work, I would have given Rock Plumbing a 4 star. If he had completed all work on Friday since I had paid the company the full amount of $660.00 upfront, then I would have given The Rock Plumbing a 5 Star. Others I know would have given the company a 1 star and there words would have been more difficult to read.

Mr. Torres also worked on the shower downstairs and the kitchen sink. His service and technical work was outstanding for these two areas.

My main concern is the work centered around the hot water heater. This service as not very
good on the hot water tank and changing out the TMZ valve(?).

All work was covered by AHS except I was informed that Rock Plumbing told AHS that $175.00 was needed for access through brick to replace an outside hose bib. During a second visit to my home, the workers found access was already available through a bedroom wall. No extra work was needed for access to insert and install the hose bib. Chris took the check for the service anyway. I have called Rock Plumbing early last week and had to leave a voice message detailing my concern and wanting an explanation. I have not received a call back. I would like an explanation from Rock Plumbing.

Had another plumber no call, no show twice. Rick Plumbing even offered to come a day early when they had a job end early. Made it 10 minutes earlier than their scheduled appointment, Robert was very knowledgeable and made sure we were good to go. Will definitely use again!

Chris was very nice, and did a good job. He explained any questions I had and completed the work (he was early) in less than one hour.
He didn't leave a mess. I would definitely recommend Rock Plumbing Co. 5 star!! ☺️

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not only will they misdiagnose your issue, but they will NEVER answer their phones. Leave a message? They don’t care. I’m out $500 and they didn’t fix the issue. They ghosted me afterwards too. Now I’m back at square 1, with less money. I needed help, not to be taken advantage of.

Amazing job. They assessed my issue, and then replaced with a new unit all within three days. And this was while working with my home warranty company. The Rock Plumbing is fast, kind, and upfront.

Within a few days of filing a claim through our home warranty company, Robert from The Rock Plumbing was at our house to efficiently assess our plumbing leak. He worked within the warranty and was careful to not move forward on anything that would cause us extra fees without confirmation from the warranty company. Our problem was quickly solved and Robert was very kind to both us and our pups!

I really like the people. Everyone is super nice and reliable. Came promptly. I don’t like the prices. We’re talking $400 to $1000 to fix what I call a small problem. I ordered the part on line for $85 and think I can get it installed for about $50. I’m sure it’s not just Arrow. Everything is out of control price -wise.

Arrow Plumbing is so customer-service oriented! They sent out a plumber very quickly and he was extremely professional and courteous. The receptionist at office is very welcoming and easy to work with.

I had multiple repairs that needed to be done. I am thrilled with the service and final product. Andy was very patient with my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. This is one of MANY times they have provided wonderful service. I will continue to use them in the future. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Both of my toilets were out of service. Yikes! Arrow got someone to me the same day. Andy quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems, trying the most economical solutions first, so the charges were much less than his worst-case estimate. Excellent in every way.

Jett called and let me know when to expect him. He was prompt, courteous and fixed my garbage disposal problem quickly. He even showed me how to troubleshoot and fix minor issues myself, which a really appreciated! We always have great service from Arrow!
