Pierce was great. Went out of his way to fix our 2022 new house washer connections from leaking. They were seized from leakage.

Chris & Derrick did a great job clearing out a clogged sewer line and making sure there were no leaks under our sink. Good job!

Taylor and his assistant (I forget his name) was professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend. Pierce and Chris also came out to fix my shower and did a great job as well.

Long story short I wasted over 400$ with another company when pressure on the house should have been checked before any repairs. Luckily Rooter showed dug up where the OG plumber said the valve would be and bam the issue was fixed. All pipes stopped leaking and no other issues found. Should have called them in the beginning.

The boxes where the valve is leveled the dirt and cleaned up their mess.

Zack was great. He came on time, very professional. Got the job done with 20 other people having Thanksgiving in my house. I’d ask for him again for sure.

My kitchen sink was leaking and Roto-Rooter had a plumber over within a matter of hours. Pierce came in assessed where the leak came from and fixed the issue. He was very professional and explained the issue to me. My water leak was resolved quickly thanks to Pierce.

Woke up yesterday morning to find the entire front yard covered in water. We live in DeValls Bluff which is just far enough out that we could not find a local plumber. I had called my plumber I usually use and he never returned to my call aftor 48 hours. First thing Saturday morning I thought I would try Roto Rooter and leave a message to see if they could come out Monday morning. To my delight they answered my call and sent someone to take care of my problem within hours. Wesley, a field tech, came out first to assure there weren't any major problems. Within an hour, the plumber, Drake, came out and cleaned and cleared all my water lines. Drake even cleaned the bathtub and shower where the disgusting water had come up through there!! This company turred my disaster situation into not just a learning experience because ill never call anyone else, but a pleasant experience!!👍 Hands down Roto Rooter has a faithful customer in me from here on out. Tyler was polite, efficient, and thorough. He make great recommendations on which route I should go to fix a plumbing issue which I greatly appreciate. The work is also under warranty, so that makes it even better! I would definitely recommend this company. They offered same day service.
