Travis and his crew gave me World class service on replacing a sewer line and installing a tankless water heater. They were prompt and extremely fair. Austin and Gus came in and knocked it out of the park. They cleaned up and made sure everything was better than it was before they left. Before leaving they even put my trash cans up. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Victory Plumbing came out to drain our hot water heater and found that we had a regulator going bad which produced low water pressure. I told them we had a policy on our lines and Jeff said we should check with our policy to see if it would cover to fix it. It did and saved us close to $700. Unfortunately, Victory was not on their list to use, but we will definitely use Victory for any other issues that pop up. Thank you

We have had to use Victory Plumbing now three times for various issues. Each time they have shown up when they said they would, completed the work in a timely and neat manner and made sure we were pleased with the work. Could not ask for a more professional group of folks. Nice to know we have someone like Victory Plumbing that we can call when we have a need.

Toilet was leaking water after flushing, replaced flange (it was never sealed in place, broken) and wax ring.

10/10 would recommend!! The team showed up early, and they started working to remove and replace our hot water heater. Everyone was very professional and walked me through the work that they were doing. Great work!!

My dishwasher was not installed correctly. It was not level and the door rubbed metal when opened and shut. Clearly the guys who put it in could see it was lopsided and uneven on one side sticking out and hear it grinded metal when the door was opened and closed. They had to come out again and reinstall it. My husband offered to pay them at the time and they said they would email a bill which they did not. At that time we had them put in a new hot water heater. It was way overpriced too high! They never emailed or sent a bill. I contacted them and asked how to pay. They finally emailed an invoice that said 2 due dates for the work about 3 weeks after it was done. Suddenly they are calling demanding payment saying it was due at the time of the work but no one said that. Supposedly the 30 day dues dates is for Commercial not Residential but it does not state that on the invoice. I do not recommend using this company!

Very pleased with work done. Everyone involved was very courteous/professional.The crew seemed knowledgeable and cleaned up well after the work was done.

We have used Victory Plumbing on 3 different projects. Each time they did a great job and we couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Complete waist of time. Highest bid i have gotten was 2500. They said 10500 with no equipment. Told me I shouldn't and can't run pvc. Code enforcement said. There was nothing on paper said u couldn't use pvc. They tried. I took a break they gave me a appointment. They came early and rushed me called me several times. Rude too told me were my pipes was by looking at the ground unprofessional. Common sense said let them talk and go. Wanted me to buy. Cast iron like I don't know the cons of cast iron. When u can tell me we're my pipes at by looking at the ground. I know. It's time to let them go. I don't do back and forth about information I know. 10500 high way robbery. I called advantage. They said. I bet you glad you got a professional. We have equipment and don't make guesses

Everyone is professional and it’s evident they truly care about the service they provide and the outcome of their work. They moved/relocated some plumbing for a master bathroom.
