Casey came out to try to identify if there was a water leak somewhere in my home that was causing my ceramic tile to buckle. He explained every step he was taking to identify the source of "any leak". Ultimately he told me if there was a break or leak in the system, there would be a noticeable change in the water pressure when he turned everything on. So we have eliminated the possibility that water leakage is causing the buckling. On to the next measures to get at the cause and repair the floor.

Look no further if you need leak detection and plumbing repair. I don't think I've ever had a more professional experience with a repair technician. Technician Bruce Baugh was just exceptional. From before he even arrived, throughout the diagnostic process and after the repair was complete. He explained every step thoroughly with no surprises.

ALD located a a split in my 45 year old cast iron drain pipe. The split, located under the concrete slab, was between the kitchen and the bathroom. After sealing off the work area to control dust they accurately located and excavated the area of the damaged pipe…taking care not to damage the surrounding area. They checked the rest of the pipes visually (video camera) and flushed them out. ALD then repaired (replaced) the damaged pipe, refilled the trench, and poured new concrete. During the entire process they kept the area as clean as possible and disposed of any waste materials. The guys were very pleasant and professional…they even mopped up the dust on the floor. We are pleased.

You never want to find yourself needing leak detection, but if it’s unavailable, there’s no one I’d recommend more than like detection of Arkansas.
My technician, Bruce, was incredibly knowledgeable, and the stress I was feeling east within moments of his arrival. He explained everything clearly, Was confident in his work, and truly knows his craft. He represents the company exceptionally well late detection of Arkansas should be the first call you make when dealing with Water issues.

We had a leak under the kitchen island and we had two different plumbers come out. The first plumber did not have the camera equipment to locate the leak and the kitchen cabinets were in the way. After the kitchen island was removed by the restoration company, the second plumber came out. He said he didn’t see a leak and told us to pay them another service call to come back when the island was rebuilt and he could hook up the plumbing and see if there was still a leak. Layton and Louis came out today and after some innovative thinking, they were able to hook up kitchen sink to see if they could locate a leak. They found it right away! Their team will be back later this week to complete the repair. They were both very knowledgeable and asked if we had any questions. Their customer service was superior and we will definitely recommend your company!

We had a major plumbing issue and were without water for 10 days. I contacted American League Detection at the request of the plumber, who could not find the source of the leak. ALD arrived the morning after I called late the afternoon before (they basically responded within hours of my call). The people who work for ALD are the real deal, because they care. From initial contact, scheduling, and the arrival of Zach and Dillon at our home, we knew we were in good hands, which proved to be reality. The next day without request, Louis (Supervisor / 25 years with ALD) arrived to make sure "we were okay". He spent two hours with the plumber offering his expertise, most of which translated in to the actual scope for the repairs. Professional through and through.

Layton came out to replace the regulator on the water main to provide more volume in the faucets in the house. Found out that the Clinton Water Dept could not increase the pressure coming to the road I live on or to the house. American Leak Detection did not charge me for the service or the new regulator as ‘they could not increase the pressure as they thought’. Does any other company do this? Not even travel time. You know who I will call and recommend any time this type of service is needed! Honest, dependable, great customer service! When Louis came out earlier for leak detection they also provided awesome service and explained what they were doing. No leaks!

UPDATED:
Brandon came out this morning and performed a pressure test and was able to determine the leak is in the slab (main service line). He discussed possible options for repair and will work up estimates for them and get back to us. I would recommend and wouldn't hesitate using ALD for all your plumbing needs. Sry prompt and professional service.

Louis and Layton replaced my shut off valve and pressure regulator located after the Conway Corp water meter. They were on time and finished in 2 hours. I now have better water pressure and security that I can turn off the water in an emergency. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

I have only had excellent customer service from this company. Previously I had work completed by Zack and Dylan who were exceptional, I really appreciated them.
Just this morning I had AR Leak Det. come out to evaluate a possible leak. I received notice with a picture of them prior to the arrival time. Bruce and Alex arrived on time, patiently allowed me to explain the previous work that had been completed as well as the reason I had called them to come out this time. Before doing anything they told what they would be doing, keeping me in the loop the whole time. They did a pressure check showing me exactly how they checked for a possible leak, showing me the gauges and what I would see if there was a leak....
As a customer I can tell you that it matters for a company that is working on your home to be professional, and transparent when they are evaluating something that could cost you a lot of money.
