Matt was exactly on time and spent over 2 hours checking my heating equipment. He was very nice, friendly, and knew what he was doing, took pics of all areas and cleaned and adjusted all. No pressure to do anything to my unit and told me it was in good shape.

Always a pleasurable experience when having work done by this company. No run around ever. They provide quality, straightforward, affordable service. Jake took care of us this time but Kevin was the one who installed our new HVAC unit in 2020. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and any problem is properly taken care of. 10/10 service. Won’t be using anyone else as long as we live within their service area.

8/8/2023 Kyle came out to look at some electrical concerns I had. Very knowledgeable, and provided straight forward answers.

Ok service. Had a tech come out to find out why my AC wasn't blowing out colder air. He found a part to my unit that was broken and replaced it and then suggested since my evaporator coils to my inside HVAC unit were bent that I may need a new unit, 10 yr warranty for a new inside and outside unit for roughly $8000 financing of course with a 9% APR, well the part the tech replaced still didn't change the way my AC was running so we called back and let them know, and they pushed the idea of financing a new AC unit instead of actually looking further into my situation. In the end, I had another company come out, and they found the problem. A wire problem. They fixed that plus service fee and cleaned my evaporator coils all for only $300 bucks. Didn't need a new unit. And my AC works perfect again. Be aware of some businesses wanting to push the idea of you needing a new AC unit instead of actually getting their hands a little dirty to actually find the problem.

Had 2 years with a brand new rheem unit not running properly. After being told that the unit was running fine even though it would not cool the house below 83 degrees , we called Precise for a second opinion. They spent 3 very thorough days removing and reinstalling impromperly installed unit and ductwork, resized air intake, sealed leaks. They are called Precise for good reason. Very professional, on time, told us when they we leaving for lunch and texted when they returned. Unit is finally functioning as it was intended. Thank you Cody and the young man who was helping you!!! And to the install manager for inspecting the work as it was done. Won’t use anyone but Precise from now on!

These guys did an amazing job. They replaced my entire AC system in just a few hours. They were a little messy and left the inside work area dirty but it was raining outside but they still got it done. It’s only been a couple days but the AC seems to be working perfectly. The new unit is much quieter too!
I had several bids for the new system and Precise was very competitive and won our business. I highly recommend this place for any of your air conditioning needs.
