Very great experience from the first phone call to the completion of installation of my new water heaters. Quick to respond to questions and follow up needs. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future problems!

Billy Mason did an outstanding service at our house today. He is one of few that flushes the line with bleach. He measured the amperage before and after grill cleanup from debris to prove how important is to keep it clean. He really knows his craft.

Brendan was extremely responsive - same day service for a gas leak - and got everything fixed so quickly that the Utility company hadn't even left yet and was able to turn the gas right back on. Very pleased & will definitely use them for my HVAC/plumbing issues from now on!

Gave me a quote for 3k to fix my AC unit. They came out and fixed it then 28 days later it broke and I was charged another 1900 dollars to fix it. No Warranty! I could of purchased a new unit for the total they charged me! Then my unit froze up again a month after this and stopped working and they wanted even more money to fix.
They did NOT warranty their work and charged me to fix something they installed wrong.
NOT TRUSTWORTHY! I went through Home Depo and found Precise, now HD is investigating and the AR licensing board has been contacted as well. I hope they make it right but I won't use this company again!

Very friendly and pleasant. He didn't mind answering any questions I had. The work he did was quick and professional. If any more plumbing issues should arise, I will definitely use this company again. Did I mention I was able to have the work done on the same day I called. Thank you guys so much. I am extremely pleased.

If you want top notch professional customer care then this is the place to go! We recently had an issue with our heating unit and one call to Brandon and he sent out Mike and Grant! I can’t say enough about these two young men.. they were professional, knowledgeable and actually cared about us as the customer. They worked and worked and went above and beyond to not only earn our business but keep it! We would recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. They have a lifetime customer with us ! They deserve 10 stars!

My second experience with Precise in the last two months. I honestly could not have imagined more knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful installers. Cody was great! So patient and insightful.

All technicians were super! Helped with several tasks that were definitely “not their job”. Very impressed with their customer service sills and attitudes. Thanks, Jacob, Tyler, Sean, Austin, Kyle and anyone else I might have missed!

Kyle was fantastic, showing up before the scheduled time, as I approved. I appreciate his prompt arrival and attention to detail. He also emailed a detailed list of his services, along with pictures. I would recommend the company.

There is a certain level of professionalism that you would expect from contractors working in your facility and the guy that came to ours from this company was far from that he worked as if there was no one around in areas where there were people actively working he’s cutting lines spilling hazmat all over peoples tool boxes almost hit me not once but twice ( 2 different areas in the shop). He left without cleaning anything up, and there were still pipes hanging that he was supposed to finish cutting that were still attached to the rafter beams I don’t recommend this company and I certainly don’t appreciate the 2 1/2 hours later clean up job they left behind

Jacob and Chace were very nice and worked quickly to install our new unit. I don't remember the name of the worker who did the original estimate but he was also wonderful! Talked us through options, made suggestions and steered us in the right direction!

Cody was fantastic! Super fast and super helpful! Overall a great experience from start to finish.

So, Billy came out and took care of us this morning. He was absolutely wonderful. He is demonstrated friendly, rapid, and professional service. Billy knows what he's doing and did everything he could to take care of us as quickly as possible. He made sure that we got our appropriate discount and double checked that everything was working properly before he left. Billy deserves all of the raises and all of the bonuses he can get because he is AWESOME.

We have had them come check furnace in winter and a/c in summer after moving into our home. We replaced compressor before it went out by recommendation and glad we did with the Summer we had. This week we had plumbing issues and I sent email at 12 midnight and they had someone out next day. This company is amazing, affordable, and honest. A+. Thank you Precise. Your number will be called if needed again.

Awesome job these guys were all hands on deck when it came to getting my old unit disassembled it was almost 30 years old a true dinosaur. These guys got after it and replaced me with a brand new very cold and very quiet unit it blows so hard my curtains take flight seriously though I would definitely recommend this company they are honest and professional they will definitely take care of your heating and air issues.

Kyle was great. He came to my house the same day I called and repaired several electrical issues that I was having. He explained in detail what was causing my issues and provided prompt solutions and fixes for all of them! Thank you Destiny @ Precise for sending him!

Wonderful experience and absolutely recommend this business! Appointment was easy to schedule and the office was courteous. Our technician Grant was outstanding! He was very professional and friendly and called to give an accurate timeframe for arrival. He was able to diagnose and fix our problem efficiently and effectively. We are so grateful because if gone unfixed we would have sustained damage to the AC unit and water damage in the attack. Thank you Grant and Precise!

I needed a floodlight installed. I called Precise Heating & Air and they put me on the schedule right away. Kyle came right out. He was friendly and kind. This is actually the 3rd job they have completed for me this year. They do good work. They explain everything and answer all of your questions. They make sure you are satisfied with the results before leaving. They are dependable, professional and fair. You don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. That means a lot this day and age. I won’t hesitate to call them again!

Precise is the very best plumbing company I have ever used. They are very kind, careful and helpful. From the time I called and they came out the same day. This company is very professional. They fixed leak I had in the wall in the bathroom. They are honest and explain the total problem. I will continue to use Precise for all repairs on my house.
