Had Precise come out to knock out some items noted on an inspection report. Kyle T was awesome getting our electrical items addressed and another Kyle helped address the HVAC items. Both were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The team at Precise were quick, helpful and understanding when it came to helping me solve my problem and they were on the job within 24 hours. Shawn the tech that came to my home not only called and texted before and after he was there, but he also did his best to keep the costs in line with my budget. Highly satisfied.

Great service and friendly tech with Kyle! He even killed a huge spider for us. This company also helped with install of a thermostat when we got stuck on doing it ourselves. Professional and will use them again.

At the first suggestion of Fall, our air conditioner stopped working. I knew hotter days would return so I called Precise. Cody Hutson was here before 2 pm the next day. He tracked the problem to a tiny leak in a coolant line, made the repair, and replaced the coolant in less than two hours. I call that great service.

Kyle was the absolute best !!! He was so polite and extremely professional! He understood how much my air not working properly bothered me . He gave me realistic expectations on the time frame to
fix the issue. He under promised and OVER delivered! He had us up and running in no time !!! I cannot thank him enough for his time or for his kindness!!!

Got an estimate from them and 2 other places. I went with Precise because they seemed nice and were the cheapest. Precise repaired my AC unit and it hasn't been 3 months since and I've had to call them 4 times and ended up paying an extra 1800 dollars to them for service charges and additional repairs. The other places quoted me for everything up front and if I'd of gone with them I'd still have 1400 dollars in my pocket!

I called Precise because I was smelling gas from my gas dryer. The manager was very helpful in getting me set up for an appointment as quickly as possible. Brendan Holaway came out and he was very professional and had a great attitude, you could tell he knew his job. He asked the right questions, did his inspection and found the leaks. He gave me some good recommendations as well. I will for sure call Precise again for my plumbing needs. Thanks for making me feel safe again. Great job!

I contacted Precise around 10 am and they had someone out to my home before 3 pm! Auston was a great tech! Quick, efficient and very nice. He educated me on my issue and fixed the problem in no time! I really appreciate it and WILL use them again!

Precise carried a good deal for a HVAC system upgrade on our house as well as some solid reviews of their work so we chose their company to upgrade our system. Cody installed the unit and was very respectful of our home. He worked diligently to get the work done and walked me through the upgrades in the end - which I really appreciated.

First off,great company to work with from start to finish. Next day service, and HVAC tech Billy was great! Honest and very willing to help and explain everything to me. I will definitely be using them for all our future services, thank you!

I would highly recommend this company. Billy from Precise Heating and Cooling came to my home for a HVAC inspection and tune-up. I received a coupon from Home Depot for this $29 service (normally $99). I expected the company to find at least one thing extra that needed repaired on the system to get extra money. This was not the case, Billy conducted a thorough inspection and found nothing wrong with the system. He was professional and knowledgeable. Its good to see that there are still good companies out there that don’t try to take advantage of people. I will use Precise HVAC again!

Cody Hutson was very professional. He explained what was wrong and how he would get it fixed. He got it done in a timely manner and ensured everything was in perfect working order before leaving. Highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Precise Heating and air. Sales person was friendly, professional, and informative. Price was very competitive. The two technicians that came out to install Cody & Tyler were punctual, friendly and very professional. I am very happy with my decision to use them for my new a/c units.

Kyle with Precise Heat Cooling Plumbing and Electrical did an outstanding job. They did a great install on ceiling x4 and a switch also they were courteous and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and took away all the stuff i would have had to do myself which i appreciate. Very pleased works great.

We love Precise! Kyle checked our AC unit and the heat pump in the attic. He showed us photos of the unit and suggested a cleaning which was very reasonably priced. I recommend Precise!!

Very disappointed with this company. I’ve used them for years and when I called a few weeks ago to schedule my fall service they informed me they can no longer provide service in Sherwood. No previous notification, nothing! Not a way to do business folks! A heads up would have been appreciated. I thought you provided a great service and was really sad I had to look for another company!

Highly recommend Precise for your electrical needs! Had them come out to troubleshoot an outdoor plug and an indoor in-floor plug. Kyle Taylor was our electrician. He was prompt, professional, didn’t leave a mess, and was able to fix both issues. The indoor plug was bc of a mistake from the previous electrician. So glad he came out and fixed both. Will definitely use Precise again! Five stars!

Austin (HVAC) and Kyle (electrical) came immediately out to my house when my air wasn’t cooling. They were super friendly and went above and beyond for me! They even reattached my thermostat and cut down a rogue tree/weed I couldn’t reach beside my hvac. Cleaned my ac with the hose and figured out the issue fast. They also discovered my disconnect fuses weren’t even fuzes but copper pipes in their place which is a fire hazard. Overall super happy with the service and the technicians!

Dalton and his team were WONDERFUL!! They were honest, professional and quick! 🙂
