Over the past several years I have had many projects produced through Harper Sheet Metal Works 💪, never have I seen a business so focused on customer service. I bring in an HVAC order and it is always correct and complete within very short order, sometimes same day service. Great people, fantastic craftsmanship, affordable pricing. What can be better for a small business owner? I would highly recommend using this company!

Came in to get a Boat Switch Panel Box built, was told once it would be done within a afternoon a week after dropping it off, well 2 weeks later I was informed he was working on it and would be done at that point. Came in a couple days after that to kindly check my progress and he proceeded to be an utter punk.

He blamed it on all the duct he been building and came to find out he lied and did not even tough it. I had to hold it all in me to keep my cool from how big of a bull spit he was being.

I took it somewhere else, do what I did and just do not come here he has no respect for his customer.

I have used Harper's sheet metal for 10+ yrs doing oddball things with my Kitchen & Bath business. That came to end today, brought in a wall dryer vent box to get it shortened up. Was told they quit doing that type of work and they stay busy enough doing hvac pipes, that's all they will do anymore.
Looks like they need to change their name from sheet metal works to havc retailer.

Our AC went out last week and we called TAG they responded quickly with same day service and replaced a bad fan motor. Our AC has never worked so good. Price was very reasonable and service was outstanding.

Very happy with the install he did. We did not have power to the unit and he did what he could do while I was running the power. No time wasted. By the time I got the power connected he had the unit charge and ready to run.

Honest, quality, and prompt service! Would highly recommend for all your heat and air needs! Even works after hours when your A/C goes out in the middle of summer! So thankful for Chris and his business. Will use again if any needs arise!

Chris is fantastic! When the home warranty company I had wouldn't help Chris found a way to help me. Needless to say i dropped the home warranty... Chris got the part ordered for my ac quickly and came by and had my house back to being cool in no time. I really appreciate him as it had gotten hot and he worked with me and my mom as she was having issues as well at her house. He is super kind, knowledgeable and found the issue right away. I am very grateful for all his help.

Mr. Chris was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his work. He was able to explain the problem and help fix it at a very reasonable price. If you ever have any problems with your AC Unit call Mr Chris and he’ll get you squared away.
