Hands down, The BEST! If you have issues with your air conditioner or heat that no one else seems to be able to cure, this company is the doctor. Prompt and friendly service at a fair price. The company even brought a window unit to my house on the weekend to hold me over until the parts could be obtained. Ricky and his fellas are second to none!

Energy Masters is a first class operation from the time they come out for an inspection or maintenance until the time they wrap up an installation. Energy Master Home recently installed a new energy-efficient 4-ton, 18 SEER, a/c and heat system by Trane to replace an outdated, 16-year old antique. Not only did Energy Master give me the best value, but they also had the most comprehensive plan for my needs. I am confident that Energy Master Home can do the same for you. Great experience. Knowledgeable staff. The way I look at it, I should be good for the next 15-20 years.

I can't say enough good things about Energy Master. Friendly, prompt, professional, and very fair and honest. Another local HVAC repair-person told me that I needed to replace my entire furnace. I came to Energy Master for a second opinion, and they will be my first stop from now on. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and obtain the necessary part to repair the unit, all in the same day. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. We have had the pleasure and privilege of doing business with Energy Master for 20 years now. Owner Ricky Finkbeiner and his crew are highly competent, skilled, experienced, professional and friendly to boot. We know we can trust them with all of our home energy needs, be it maintenance/repair or replacement of our HVAC system or diagnosing and fixing comfort issues. The technicians show up on time, stay focused on the job, answer our questions or concerns patiently and knowledgeably, protect our furnishings and floors (in case of a bigger job), clean up afterwards and follow up days later to make sure everything is working as it should be. Over the years, we have seen very little turnover of staff, which speaks for the company management. In the case of a recent A/C malfunction, the company provided us with window units free of charge until our central unit could be fixed. Their prices are fair and competitive. Energy Master sets the bar high for customer service. We are lucky to have them in Central Arkansas. Thank you.

Ricky and the team at Energy Master did a home energy audit for me. The information was very helpful and the adjustments that were made to my existing system made the house far more comfortable! We also use Ricky for our routine maintenance contract. We had a problem with our compressor this summer and his team was on site and had the problem fixed within just a few hours of our call, even on a weekend! I highly recommend Energy Master Home!

I have been using Energy Master Home for several years now since I have become a home owner. I had them come out and inspect the heat and air systems prior to purchasing the home and was impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. I also signed up for their seasonal inspections which were able to find to find a problem with my AC BEFORE the summer heat began. Thanks to the inspection the AC worked great all summer. I've also recommended the company to a number of friends who needed major work and were very pleased the company's quality of work as well as their honesty. I'd suggest if you are looking for a Heat and Air specialist, you need not look any further than Energy Master Home.

I have used Energy Master Home for many years and they have done an excellent job. I only wish I'd discovered them sooner. Besides keeping the current system in great condition, they have evaluated my home to know the best way to improve the heat and air and they also sealed the crawlspace and installed a dehumidifier which improved the comfort beyond what the HVAC can do. I recommend them highly and suggest you start using them for maintenance and add them to your list of contacts!

I've been using Energy Master Home for over 15 years. Our technician, Jeff, is a superstar. You notice all their reviews are 5 stars. The only reason for that is there is not a higher rating. In this day and age, where customer service has become a thing of the past, these folks still deliver. I would highly recommend them for anything HVAC related. It is a great feeling to have people work on your home knowing they will 1) do the job correctly and 2) not over charge for work not needed. I trust them 100%.

For approximately 14 years, Energy Masters has truly cared for our home HVAC equipment. I intentionally use the word “cared” rather than “maintained.” Ricky, Chad, Wes, and Jeff form the core team responsible for necessary repairs, equipment replacements, and airflow modifications to enhance overall performance. Our home spans three levels and originally had five HVAC units. Two of these, heat pumps that failed, were replaced with a single Mitsubishi mini-split system. We now have four units: a Trane unit they installed and two older systems from 2000 and the 90s. This team has consistently earned my trust by looking out for my best interests. Over the years, I’ve even given them remote access to our home while we’re on vacation. Good companies have good owners and employees, and for Energy Masters, this relationship is symbiotic. I am delighted and feel fortunate to be supported by this outstanding organization.
