We have used Bobby for multiple projects. He is always very reliable and communication is excellent. If he says he’s going to be there he is right on time. His prices are very affordable as well. 100% recommend!

Bobby and his employee have done two jobs for us so far. They will be our first call when dealing with irrigation issues from now on. Fast, professional and fairly priced!

This was a bit of a learning curve for me as we moved here from HI and things are different. I am glad someone recommended this company when I was searching. Rebecca the scheduler is so kind and Bobby and his team were able to get our sprinkler system which hasn't been running for what seems to be several years up and running. I am thankful I had their help and definitely would recommend.

Always excellent service! We have used Baldwin Empire Services for maintenance of our current unit and the installation of a new unit on our second floor. We had a very difficult situation in our older home and Bobby was able to problem solve to get our new unit installed and working properly. Now our house is cool and running efficiently. Absolutely AMAZING!! I was referred over to Bobby and couldn’t be more pleased! We woke up to no heat, two days before this expected snow fall and he called me back within minutes and had a tech, Preston, out here within the hour! Preston was SO happy to help, very thorough and overall great attitude. It’s SO hard to find good vendors these days who call back, show up, and have a great attitude. I seriously couldn’t wait to go leave this review. I will certainly be referring you guys to all my clients!

Requesting a service appointment was so easy and quick. They showed up right on time and did their evaluation. They provided insight as to why my unit might not be functioning as it should and quickly sent a quote to address the issue. Baldwin Empire Services is the best company for HVAC service and ac repair in all of Little Rock and North Little Rock, AR! Their mini-split installation and air conditioner repair service for us great. Will use them again, for sure.

Our AC went down in this unforgiving heatwave. We had a glowing recommendation from a family member and gave Baldwin Empire a call. My wife and I both talked to Rebekah who was so friendly and she assured us if they couldn’t make it out that afternoon they would be out first thing in the morning. Sure enough our tech was out 10 minutes early the next morning. I regret I didn’t catch his name because he was fantastic. He got right to it and came back to my front door and said let’s turn the power back on, we’re up and running. I think we spent more time chatting in the entryway than the amount of time it took him to fix it. 5/5, highly recommend!

This company is top notch! Communication is solid, they take you through the entire process and install the best equipment on the market. I had a complete residential HVAC install last year and it was seamless. The HVAC is very energy efficient and operating wonderfully.
