I’ve been a satisfied customer for several years and highly recommend their staff and service. Wesley is friendly and efficient. I will use Energy Master Homes in the future.

My wife and i continue to be EXTREMElY impressed with the Team at Energy Master beyond the installation of our two new units at our house last year. Chad Eskola was helpful in working with us in scheduling the sealing of our crawl spaces and installing a dehumidifier. Wesley did a typical outstanding job in this work and we are appreciative of the efficient and quality manner in which it was done. I feel lucky in knowing that Wesley and Jeff are available to support our systems and maintenance needs. I continue to fell the organization and team at Energy Master provide high quality and high value services and are always very good at responding to our needs and requests. We have been using this company for a few years. Charlotte at the main line is always pleasant to talk to. Wesley and Jeff are really great service techs and always do a very nice job. They are always super responsive to any question or request, usually coming out same day even if it is after hours. They also try to ensure you don't spend money when it isn't needed. They have always been honest with us.

I have used Energy Masters for decades now. My house is as protected from the outside temperatures as possible.
We lost energy once for a week in a winter storm. Outside was in the teens. My insulated house never got below 53°.
The staff who come to service my unit are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Energy Masters.

The Service Tech was very informative and took the necessary time to thoroughly clean and check my system. They are also the pros who installed my system eight years ago.

The absolute best Heating and Air company I have ever used. They earned my trust early on when they made a minor and inexpensive repair after another company said we would need a $1500 part or a whole new unit. They are always timely, honest, and professional. I am so happy to have found them and recommend them highly. Big shout out to Chad and Jeff, especially!

Pest control noticed a leak yesterday in my crawl space that was from my AC. Energy Master's was recommended to me by a friend, I called them, and less than 24 hours later my AC has been repaired. Polite, wore shoe covers, fair pricing, I am a very satisfied new customer!

Have used Energy Masters for about 23 years now. They are always quick to respond and really quick to get us taken care of. We have been very happy with them and remain loyal customers.

We had our upstairs HVAC unit rebuilt by this company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They got the parts in right on time, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the work way faster than we expected. Throughout the process, they clearly walked us through what was being done, made sure everything was properly set up on our end, and even followed up afterward to make sure the system was performing well.

They’re also incredibly responsive whenever we have questions or need help with the system—super professional and easy to work with.

Excellent company. This is my second year of service with them. I had been having significant problems with temperature during the air conditioning months and they cured that with one visit.

I’ve been using Energy Master since 2013. Their employees are competent and professional. The office staff goes above and beyond to get your issues resolved quickly. I highly recommend them.

I already called and spoke with Brooke she was in disbelief in what I was telling her. I explained to her that I live alone and there’s no one else that could have possibly done this. I’m waiting on a response from management until then one star I’m not sure which one of them did it but they entered my home on yesterday pulled some of the installation from the ceiling and perfectly placed it in one of my shoes They also ended the call on my Alexa. When they realized I was watching them In my bedroom I do not appreciate this weird joke. If you do receive services from the company, don’t let it be either one of these guys good luck.

Also, I don’t want the company to respond to me on here. I want them to call the phone number I left behind.

We have been so impressed with Energy Master Home Inc. We purchased a home with older units and came home this week to our upstairs unit not functioning. I called and left a voicemail at 6PM, not expecting to hear back until the next business day. Jeff with Energy Master Home was at my house by 7:30PM and it was fixed by 8PM! I know it’s not always such an easy fix, but we are so appreciative of their quick response time and kind service. Saved us from a hot summer night with no air conditioning! THANK YOU!

Amazing Customer Service and Rapid Response. Our AC decided to stop working and we called Energy Masters. Wesley came out and fixed it right away that same day as well as cleaned the unit to prevent further issues. Thank You Energy Masters for all that you do!!!
