Our home warranty provider used One Call Service Group to replace the compressor on our HVAC last year. They were completely unresponsive, and once the part was finally replaced it failed. Once it was replaced again it failed to cool properly, even after multiple calls.

We hired our own contractor instead of relying on our home warranty and getting stuck with One Call again. After looking out our HVAC they found that One Call had replaced our 3 1/2 ton compressor with a 2 ton compressor. So either these guys are completely incompetent and used the wrong parts and couldn't determine that they used the wrong parts after multiple reports that the system wasn't functioning properly, or they were trying to pull a fast one on our home warranty to replace the part with a cheaper one and pocket the difference.

We have used One Call for both business and personal HVAC work. They have always been professional, fair and easy to work with. Look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come.

One Call Service Group did an amazing job installing my new HVAC unit for my home. Sam, Tanner and their crew are extremely talented, professional, clean and did the job in record time! I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial HVAC or refrigeration work.

I bought a new home in May of 2022. During the home inspection the inspector discovered the furnace was not working. Previous owner called One Call and they replaced the control board. In early December the furnace quit working. I called One Call on Friday the 9th and they said they could have someone there of Saturday. Shortly after the tech arrived on Saturday, he found that the ignitor was not working. The tech showed me the part and gave me the cost to replace it. I approved the cost and the tech replaced it and everything was working. When he came down from the attic, he told me that he had called Sam about my issue and Sam told him that the new control board required a 120V ignitor that comes as part of the control board kit and should have been replaced along with the new control board. Because of that, they did not charge me for the new ignitor and also waived the service call charge. I was very impressed with how honest and fair they were in resolving the issue. I decided that day to take a PM Agreement with One Call and they will be my first call any time I have HVAC issues.

I have been using One Call for several years now for heating and air and have always found them to be curtious, very fair and qualified to do my service work.

I had my AC system serviced today and it was a great experience. friendly and polite technician arrived when expected, and yes with a face mask (and gloves). he checked everything on the system, cleaned, checked pressures etc. was overall a great experience and would recommend One Call Service Group to my friends.
