Shout out to Jeff and Charlie at Diamond State!! Fast, courteous, professional and VERY reasonably priced!!

They help me keep this old house warm!!

The past year has been the most comfortable for me and my family over the past twenty years I've lived in my house. Charlie and Jeff far exceeded my expectations when replacing all ductwork, the furnace and upgrading my condenser. I wouldn't think of calling, or referring, anyone else for HVAC needs. Very professional, honest about the work needed, and the price was far less than anticipated.

Over the past couple days Royce and his team have been replacing my ductwork and servicing the equipment. The experience was fantastic I ask a lot of questions and probably go into a lot more detail than a lot of people they’ve all been answered with honesty. The work has been done with quality and the results have been life changing. I would recommend them to anyone.

As the temperature outside my house continued to drop last night so did the temp in my house. Woke up to 62 in the house. Called Charlie at Diamond State Heat and Air immediately. Why?
Because, this past summer I called another company who charged me an arm and leg in repairs just for it to not work. Charlie came out fixed their mistakes and helped me hold them accountable, thus resulting in them not charging me a dime! and my Air worked great even through December.
Royce, one of the crew showed up at 730 this morning and confirmed what I had been dreading, my old heating unit needed to be put down. He went and brought space heaters to help keep me and my pets warm, told me to block off unnecessary rooms. At 11 am he let me know that he was able to find a unit. On a Sunday. In the sleet and snow!
It's now 2 pm and he's out there busting his tail before the roads get too bad.
I can't express the gratitude I have for these guys.

Our warranty company sent Diamond the referral when our air went out on 6-22--24 They came out the next day and said they needed a part and would send for it right away. Apparently the co. only uses snail mail and will not answer calls only texts, but only once and then you are ghosted. They fixed our unit on 7-17-24. The worker who never gave his name did not seem to care that we were without for so long. I have reported them to the warranty company and will now follow with the BBB.

What a great company I chose to fix my Heater/AC unit. It was pouring down rain and our technician Jason arrived on time and was a total professional!! The young lady on the phone Angela did inform us financing options, and was sweet and courteous.
I would definitely recommend this company for anyone that needs repairs or servicing on their units.

I previously posted a negative rating which ended up on this account. It needed to go to Diamond State Mechanical. I am truly sorry.

While the owner of Diamond State heat and air made contact with me, he ended up correcting the errors made by the other company at no charge. Now this is true honesty which is rare in today’s business ethics. Thank you Charlie. If there were more than 5 stars, you would get them.

I called Dustin and asked to check my heating system, he had a busy day, but I asked if he could expedite things. He sent a tech 20 minutes after our call. There was nothing wrong with the heating system, he could have make up a problem and charge me big money, but he was honest, professional, quick and very nice! I will definitely use his services in the future and recommend to everyone. Thanks Dustin

The did an amazing job with moving out AC unit. My only complaint is they changed us an extra hour of labor that was not used.
