This is the one you want! Reasonable diagnostic fee, transparent pricing, and the furnace seems to run better than ever, as in way more efficiently. The technician Danny was knowledgeable and respectful, came out here and fixed the heat JUST in time before we got sleet and snow.

So happy we had One Call come out to help us put 3 vents in our bonus rooms. Jack and Jose were absolutely amazing! They were professional, caring, took the time to make sure we were happy with things, detail oriented, and answered all of our questions. They made us feel like we have known them for years. Just had HVAC system replaced by One Call. Service from estimates and recommendations to what system I needed and installation was excellent. Randy took a lot of time to answer my questions about how heat-pumps work and what fit my needs - I like to understand how equipment works and it's a big purchase. Installation was excellent, James and partner very efficient; they worked all day (10 hrs) to finish the job in one day. Great cleanup, explained thermostat settings, how duel fuel system worked etc. Even petted my dogs.

After 20 plus years since our house was built, our air-conditioning unit went on to meet its' maker. Unfortunately, it decided to leave us on what would be the hottest days of summer. My father recommended Sam and his crew over at One Call Service Group. Whenever you invite strangers into your home, you never know for sure what kind of people will show up at the door. After meeting Sam and his son, along with a couple of their other workers, I felt very comfortable having them roam freely throughout my house. I had absolutely no problem leaving them there alone while I went back to my busy day at work. They were all very professional. One Call removed and hauled off the old equipment, then proceeded to do a magnificent job of installing our new heat and air system. I can't say enough good things about Sam and his company. I now know who to call in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a service repair or a completely brand new HVAC system.

We encountered a problem with our heating unit right before the nasty weather came in January 2026. One Call was suggested, so I reached out. When I called, I spoke to Stacy. She was so pleasant and helpful, she really set the tone for a great experience. We made an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. Danny came to look at the unit. He was puntual and professional. Very courteous and talked me through what he discovered. He was very informative and offered a couple of options to improve our heating situation. I cannot express my appreciation for his willingness to work with us and his determination to make sure we were taken care of ahead of the storm. Great place to get your HVAC supplies. Large inventory, great staff and in the summer months free water and ice.

I needed a couple of odd size faucets. Unfortunately the company does not carry them, but they went above and beyond to try to find what I needed. They took time to research, look up and completely look at every possibly option. You guys get an A for all the effort! Thank you!
