AC went out today. Our tech Terry came super fast and made all the repairs quickly and for a fair price. Couldnt be happier(and cooler).

I've just recently discovered this company and am so glad I did. I've gotten the run around and been ripped off by several other commercial refrigeration companies. Dustin has been GREAT--my refrigeration equipment is working better than it ever has!!! Thank you, Seth, for sending him!!! They also give you a quote in writing ahead of time--so you know how long the job will take. There's no continuously adding hours on. If I could give them 6 stars I would. HIGHLY recommend!!

Most reliable and knowledgeable AC company I have dealt with. Any question I had James knew the answer They are a locally run company so you will get the personal experience you don’t get from a larger run business. I refer them to all my friends and family and won’t be going anywhere else for my heating/cooling/electrical services.

Did not show back up to finish the job and was already paid in full. Will not return calls or texts. Beware. Would not recommend.

These guys are TOP NOTCH! They were professional from the first call to the conclusion of the job. I would highly recommend these guys for ANY heat and air issues…. I’ll probably be purchasing a new unit from them come summer time. They’ve earned my trust.

We had our AC stop cooling in the middle of the day in the middle of June. After calling several of the big names in town and them telling us it would be a week or so. infinity was there 10 minutes after I first called. The total repair was complete about an hour after I first called them. Now that's service!! The cost was also less than expected!! We will be using them for all HVAC work in the future!!

Pretty sorry company that ghosts you after you pay him for the whole job, then doesn’t complete the job. I only have 1 of 2 units installed but paid for two. Buyer Beware. Don’t pay until the job is complete.

We don't have words to describe how thankful and blessed we've been to have the owner of the company help us. He went above and beyond for our family, since the first call with Molly we knew this was a trustworthy and the right company to have your HVAC repair. Coming from a very negative previous experience with different techs, Infinity surpasses our expectations.

James came in the next morning after I made the first outreach to them, and identified the issue in less than 20 minutes of the visit. Not only that but because the previous guy that came was a mess James decided to not charge me for the visit. in less than a week he was able to replace and fixed our unit and put a new thermostat for us.

The service day was fast, and professional and left my AC working like never before. I will totally be servicing our system with Infinity from now on and would recommend it to anyone who is seeking professionalism and just an awesome service in general.

I used Infinity Services for routine seasonal maintenance and the visit was great! James showed up early to our appointment which is such a plus for me. He was also quick and efficient! He showed me before and after pictures of my unit which was nice to see. I definitely plan to continue using them in the future; great price and good service! Can't go wrong.

Only did dx. Way over priced. Charged as you go without fir warning. I just had work done, they claim needed to be done. Tech waited for response from dx at his office. Waited for them, then told me , 1st 30 mins of dx over. Now 2nd dx charge for 2nd 30 minutes. He sat in his van for the majority of thus time. $89. Per 30 minutes.
I sent him on his way. 👋

My AC was not cooling enough called Chapman service they made an appointment the next day which was great a guy came out looked at my unit for like 30 minutes told me that the pressures were wrong and I may have a clogged coil didn't give me any real answers told me to get a second opinion 190 bucks later and nothing was done to my unit called a different service they took longer to get me an appointment but came out and fixed some type of electrical problem with tye compressor and my unit is running like a champ I just feel like this was a waste of money the guy did tell me to call somone else so I guess that was good advise thnaks

Have used Mr. Dan Chapman and his crew at both of my homes and business for HVAC work as well as electical work and have nothing but GREAT things to say about him. Love how speedy and knowledgeable they are. BEST in Little Rock!!!

They put can lights in for me at the front of my house and lights in my attic. I'm in love with my new lights!! They were professional, were on time and got the work done when they said they would and were several hundred dollars cheaper than other estimates I received. I would definitely use them again!
