We have used Chapman services several times this past year on several different A/C units and they were quick to respond and got us up and going quickly. They were on time and professional.
Each time they explained the problem and gave options with fair pricing. I highly recommend you give them a call if you’re in need of their services.

I would highly recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs. The service techs are knowledgeable and very nice.

Techs arrived on time and had my issue diagnosed and repaired quickly. Reasonable price too! Better than any other company I’ve used in the past.

Five stars is an understatement, this company came out and repaired our tankless water heater in no time.

Yesterday I posted a 1 star review of this company. I am modifying my review based on a call I recieved immediately after my review from the owner. Im taking the time to rewrite my experience in the hopes this company and other companies can learn from this experience.
1) I got charged for a service call for 99.00 to diagnose the issues with my AC.
2) During this call the technician told me I needed a "leak test" which was another 100+ dollars.
3) This took approximately 15 min to be told I needed a new coil.
4) Then I was told no coil would be available
5) Further if I found a coil myself the company would not install a consumer purchased part. Even though I found an OEM part.
6) Within 10 min if that call I recieved a bid for over 10k for a REPLACEMENT unit....do to remove my equipment and reinstall new equipment. To be clear the technician doesn't even need yo climb into an attic.
7) I can order all new UPGRADED equipment from HVAC direct for 3,500.00
8) No major changes or construction, ductwork, plumbing etc. etc. would need to be done....this was a replacement bid only! Two days of labor at the most!

Now her is the explanation I got from the owner.
1) All the charges I recieved were standard even though I looked up two or three other local companies that offered a free diagnostics and or bid.
2) The Carrier company would not allow them to install parts purchased elsewhere. And that the company reserved parts for warranty repair..... Really! So if I buy a Carrier unit....it will be impossible to repair outside of the warranty?

The owner did offer to take off the service charge and I declined. This review isn't abuot me trying to get a 100$ discount. I am asking for companies to do better to be better for people. It is clear by my timeline and interactions that this company was angeling to sell me a new unit. And if the company Carrier has a policy of not providing parts to repair there equipment you should avoid using this equipment manufacturer. Coils are only around $350.00. It also interesting to note that the owner contacted me within 30 minutes of posting a poor review.....and offered as a resolution to refund me my service call....no thank you. DO BETTER sir.... and if the companies your using can't provide the necessary parts or won't allow you to service your customers.....find better companies and manufacturers to work with!
10 +k for a bad coil isn't exceptable outcome. I hope you can learn from this review sir. My experience stands. The only reason I am modifying my 1 star review is because you the owner contacted me directly and I am hoping he and the manufacturer can hear this review and do better for thier customers! I will find another more reasonable solution to my issue. I do not begrudge someone from making a good living but this is clearly wrong.

Our AC went and within a few days we were quoted, the work was completed and inspected. The guys did a phenomenal job of being prompt, professional and insightful. They made sure to let us know what was going on throughout the entire process! They also cleaned behind themselves and made sure to leave the place better than they found it. As we approach hotter temperatures we are grateful for their services. I’m confident in their work and would recommend them for any HVAC services going forward! Great job Gary and Jason!
