Unfortunately, the technician they sent seemed inexperienced, spending three hours attempting various fixes before concluding that the entire line needed replacement due to grease buildup. Despite charging me $486.47, the issue remained unresolved. As someone who manages around 150 properties and encounters similar problems regularly, I felt this diagnosis was questionable. Later that same evening, another company resolved the clog completely in under 30 minutes.

I called Central Arkansas Service Company on a Friday afternoon after realizing my AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. They were incredibly responsive and had Auston Lewis at my home that same day!

Auston quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. After addressing the initial problem, he let me know the unit also needed additional Freon and a thorough cleaning. Before moving forward, he got approval for the additional cost, which I really appreciated.

I had a new tenant move into my rental property. They had the gas turned on and the furnace in my unit wasn’t igniting. Had Central AR Service come out and see what the issue was and it was just air in the line that needed to be bled out. Once they did that the furnace ignited. They didn’t charge me any extra, only charged me the service call fee. These guys are honest and quick to respond. Will definitely be using these guy going forward for any hvac needs. Highly recommend.

We needed a new furnace, so I contacted Central Arkansas Service Company in the recommendation of a friend. I'm beyond happy I did! Everyone I spoke with was absolutely wonderful! Brandon was able to come out the same day to give me a quote, the price was very fair, and he walked through all the options and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Communication with everyone was incredibly prompt, and they were able to install the furnace within a day of accepting the quote. The team that installed the furnace, Jimmie and Sean, were similarly great! They let me know how things were progressing, and once they finished, they talked through the work they did, explained what I could expect from the new furnace, and provided me with paperwork to apply for a rebate from the utility company. I can't say enough about how pleasant this experience was, and I highly, highly recommend Central Arkansas Service Company!!
