5 out of 5 stars to Jacob C of Sanders Plumbing who repaired/replaced our water supply line back-pressure and cut-off valves that started gushing inside our guest room closet on the night before Thanksgiving AND a guest expected to arrive that night. Jacob worked extremely fast in a difficult and tight space, running between his truck and the leak to finish the job in as little time as possible. Thankfully, he had all the necessary parts and didn't need to delay a second. It was pricey being after hours, but the alternatives were catastrophic damage to our home or cut the water completely off and go to a hotel with our guest. I'd call it "a wash" (LOL).

Sanders is the best! We had a nightmare water leak/line issue, and they got it fixed for us! Christy, Cody, Matt, Stephen, Ryan, Hank and Travis were so helpful, kind and professional. It is like a breath of fresh air to see a company actually value their customers, and give exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Travis and Chad were great. Answered all of my questions and was very patient and informative. I highly recommend Sanders Plumbing & HVAC. UDATE: we just had sanders replace all of our pipes in the back yard. I just wanted to add that Tate and James did an amazing job. Very professional and helpful. Great experience! Hank was the best! Never have been able to say that for the many plumbers we have used in the past! Hank fixed ALL our plumbing problems!! He was great! We will certainly use Sander’s again for all our plumbing problems!

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Chad!! They had a plumber here in less than 24 hours and was able to unclog my drain in miniutes. I am so pleased with this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend!!

Diagnosed problems quickly - two parts were bad. Unfortunately the 2nd part does not show as “bad” until the first part is diagnosed and fixed. Tech had to make several trips. Also found out parts are proprietary to this brand of furnace so had to order parts particular to this brand. Number of trips out here, time spent diagnosing problems and ordering specialty parts - think I got a reasonable price.

Excellent service at great price. Solved a toilet tank leak. Issue wasn't uncovered until troubleshooting done. Thanjs!

They were quick to respond to both my regular and after-hours appointment requests. My technician (John) was friendly, helpful, and professional. The service was good and the price reasonable, especially for the quality of service provided. Will continue to call them first for my HVAC needs.

My serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone. They didn’t take advantage and raise prices so close to Christmas. They even gave me a discount because the problem was a lot more minor than we thought. Just good service, good business, and good people all around.

Sanders has been taking care of our plumbing issues for several years. They do a great job and I have recommended them to friends.
This week, I thought we would be looking at a new water heater. But Rick worked some magic (actually he worked hard to clean the rust and grunge that was accumulated on the inner workings) and now our water heater is back in business.

John Tackett was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to find the issue fast and suggest a fix that made since for us. But he laid out all the options for us and we went with the total replacement. Just waiting on financing.

This is the second time we have used Sanders and Rick was our technician both times (we requested him the second time after his exceptional service the first visit). I can’t recommend Sanders highly enough. Fast and efficient. Great customer service. Fair prices. Easy to get an appointment. One of the few plumbing companies in Central Arkansas that provides emergency service after hours everyday including weekends. While I hope to not NEED them many times in the future, they will be my first call when the time comes.

I was very pleased with all aspects of getting new heat and air units from sanders. From the initial estimate, office contact and the actual installation and completion of the project it was very smooth. Technicians were very professional and polite and worked hard until job completed. And they were very neat and cleaned up everything before leaving. And I am so far very pleased with my new units! Couldn’t be happier!
