Our service technician, Matt, called just ahead of our appointment time to verify that I was home. He arrived at the scheduled time. He was very professional and meticulous while checking our heating system. He clearly described the status of our system and explained that Advantage would follow up with a written report, including photos, documenting the status of our heating system. This service appointment was how, as a customer, someone would want every home service call on any system to go. Matt completed our service as agreed without trying to sell anything. He was thorough but efficient, and represented Advantage very well. We will continue to work with them based on the outstanding job that he did.

My AC was 89 degrees when the tech arrived 2 or 3 hours later 90 degrees. The tech said it would take time to feel the air so I left for a hour came back my thermostat is still at 90 degrees. I don't like to hover when some one is providing a service I'll know next time. I paid almost 500 for nothing. The phone agent told me it's another charge for the tech to come back out.

We got quotes from 3 companies, consulted experts in the family who live out of town, and did a lot of research before choosing Advantage. We are so glad we did -- the Carrier products are far superior to others on the market (be sure to get educated and do a comparison!), and the service was excellent. The technicians were highly skilled and really know what they're doing. Matt was great, and so were all the other employees. We highly recommend!

The guys did a great job on replacing our heat/air conditioning. They had to manhandle getting the old units out of the attic and then install new units in a hot attic. They were very professional and thorough till they got us cool air. Thanks guys

Technicians showed up promptly after my call. They assessed the situation and installed a new water heater in about two hours (including travel time to go get the new one) The price was right. I can highly recommend this company.

Miller was awesome. Checkered the Clif to my washer drain, then he ran water into my drain to make sure it was unclogged. No water ever backed up. I can now use my washer & do my laundry. I am very grateful for Miller. If I ever need a plumber again I want Miller to work for me He is very good at what he does & explains everything. that he does before he does it He needs a raise. He is very fast too.

Advantage Service Company recently completed a major part of our home remodel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their work included installing brand-new HVAC systems, upgrading the electrical system, and running a new gas line to the kitchen. From start to finish, every member of their team was exceptional.

Share some information with anyone that needs their a/c, later heat, worked on for the house or business! I’ve been using Advantage Service Company for around 10-12 years and maybe longer. I used to deliver to them when I worked for a three letter work company later retired from them. Every time I had packages for them they were always nice to me, then my a/c at my house went out. Called them didn’t say a word about who I was just going to see how I would be treated. To my surprise they were the same friendly and nice and act like they wanted my business. They came out gave me a estimate and I got two or three more and a lot cheaper than the other estimates. Came out installed my new a/c unit outside and signed a agreement pre maintenance for summer and winter. That helped my unit to last longer but eventually things happened. I’ve been at my house for 19 years and the upper unit in my attic decided it had enough. We called got a estimate for a whole new system.
They have a finance company just in case you don’t have all the money so we used them and with zero percent interest by the way!
This new system is bad to the bone!!! Tells you how much humidity there is in the house and so many ways to program the system and more!!
The outside unit is a third of the size of my old one and when it’s on you have no idea that it is on.
I’m very pleased with the service, even after the installation, came with a unbelievable warranty!! House is cooler and my bill went down about $50- $75 a month difference!!

Water was gushing out of the side of my 1882 home. My neighbor told me about it and told me who they had used in the past so I called them and they were here within an hour and fixed everything perfectly.
