Cody, the technician, was great he showed me pictures of the furnace he was servicing and he was very professional.

Mr. Jacquez was professional and kind. I must say that we have never experienced the kind of service that Airco provided. We had a couple of issues with the ac unit and he explained everything clearly and pointed out what our options were. We are so happy that we changed to Airco. I didn't realize how little the other company did when you compare it to the job that Mr. Jacquez did.

As part of routine maintenance, the tech was super thorough, replacing thermostat batteries and optimizing gas pressure

Cody And Brad were great. Serviced our unit and made repairs on the ducts. Made our home livable again in the midst of the heatwave.

We needed duct work done. Called to get estimate, representative visited and gave us a quote. We signed on the dotted line. Everything done just as we were told it would be. Professional young men with polite and cheerful attitudes completed the work. We would definitely call Airco Service again when need arises.

The service by Brad was awesome. He explained what he was s wing and made suggestions on how to remedy the situations. Additionally, we thing he went above and beyond helping us locate a leak that was not directly tied to an A/c unit.
Highly recommend, and requested Brad for future service technician appointments. -
Whew. I should I have looked closer at the buried bad reviews about price gouging and shady business practices.
We called them on a Friday because our usual AC company (Airmasters- they are amazing) were booked for the weekend. I am very pregnant, we have a toddler and we needed AC. They were able to come on a Saturday for a $129 service fee. That was fine, we figured the fee would be higher on the weekend. The technician showed up 3 hours past the window and an hour and a half AFTER the text saying he was on his way. He said it was the drainage hose that needed to be flushed and we should be doing regular maintenance on the unit. We do. The unit is also less than 3 years old. He said it would be over $400 to do the repair. We felt that was very VERY steep for that, but we were desperate. He completed the repair in less than 20 min and sent us the receipt after he left which was not itemized and we have no idea what our $460 went to exactly. The AC unit shut down less than 12 hours later. We called them back on Sunday and asked them to fix what they already "fixed". They said it would be ANOTHER $99 fee to have a technician come out. My husband told them to check on that because that did not seem right since we already overpaid close to $500. They said they tech would be there between 1 and 5. By 7 pm we called to check in and see what was going on. Apparently the tech would now be there by 9pm at the earliest. We had to put the toddler to bed and decided to cancel the appointment because we were starting to get not great vibes from the company and their practices. We will NOT be using Airco again, even in an emergency, and have already called our regular AC company to get on their schedule ASAP.
We have requested an itemized receipt with exactly what we paid for and plan to follow up on the pricing if we feel it is warranted once we receive that. I still don't know why we spent $460 for NOTHING.
That being said, the ladies on the phone were always very pleasant and helpful/understanding! -
Brad did a wonderful job cleaning up our nasty filters! He did a thorough inspection on all units and ensured me that everything was still working well. Love this company!

Our fan motor went out on our A/C unit and Major Lloyd really knocked it out of the park for us. He was PUNCTUAL TWICE, so kind, down to earth, and professional. Notwithstanding he had us up and running within an hour. The PEOPLE are the reason for the success of any company and if you've got a bunch of Major Lloyd's, you'll stay in business for 100 years more. First time customers for life. Make sure you tell him we left him a 5 star Google review. Should be 10 stars.

Casey was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I learned a lot about my system.

Polly and I were very pleased with AIRCO employee, Major Lloyd. He called before he came and was on time. He was very professional and proceeded to do our central heat cleaning already paid for. He was very thorough and told us of an issue that needed attention. An important part needed cleaning now. I asked the price and I thought well what now. So he explained to us and showed us a pic of the filthy part. I knew then that this great AIRCO employee was really trying to SAVE us money in the long run. So I want to thank AIRCO for the 3 great employees you have sent to our house. They are PAULINO, JENNIFER and MAJOR.

Very quick response. Heater not working. Very professional. Great rate for repair!

Good service. Service was completed in timely manner and completed with no issues. Great price for having Hv and Ac checked out.
-
Very bad service. Techs are more of a sales person than actual techs.
A/C wasn’t blowing cold. Tech did a leak test and said the evaporator coil was leaking and called it bad. Then tried to sell me a new furnace or a new A/C system. Didn’t really fix anything waste of money and very dishonest!
Went with Benet maintenance to get an extra opinion. Found the leak outside the compressor line and evaporator coil is not the issue. -
Cody was fantastic. He answered our questions to his best abilities. He only inspected our furnace the winter so there wasn't no charge for this work order

Airco went to one of my rentals, the tech called after fixing the issue without reaching out for approval to proceed with a repair, he told me the total was $289. I later received an invoice for $335.
The next day, same issue, I call them back. They said they would send a tech out and they would arrive between 6-8. In a five minute period they called me four times. I called back to see what was needed, dispatch stated they were just calling to confirm my appointment, I confirmed. No one ever showed up. -
Very professional and thorough and informative about our unit and all he checked. One of the best service calls we experienced from your company

In Home Depot last weekend (9/13/25, I saw the $29 HVAC system check and signed up. A representative contacted me Tuesday to schedule, but asked me whether I wanted to test the heating or a/c....I explained the sign implied an HVAC system check, and that I had explained to the rep who was manning the HVAC Special station, that the timing was good as I learned my home warranty company required my HVAC systrem be inspected in order to be covered under any future repairs. The rep said nothing about me having to pick one.
The person who called me explained to do both would be about $175. During multiple text exchanges I explained to the rep I was disappointed in this deception and wanted to speak with someone, since it was a bait and switch. I explained I was inclined to leave a google review and complain to Home Depot.
I actually did post a Google review the same day, but then deleted it, feeling in fairness I should wait for a call from the "retail manager" (as described to me by the rep). Well, no calls or follow-up, so here is my review. I don't understand why a relatively stand-up brand in the area would resort to such tactics.
