I am part of the VIP membership. The company communicated the entire time, from setting up the appointment, to texting me with updates when to expect their employees, with a picture to recognize them. Both were very helpful and professional. No complaints here!

They put a 1" filter box in front of the air handler without even measuring the massive change in static pressure it caused. It significantly reduced the filter surface area which I was unaware of the implications of at the time. Also didn't use a standard 4 or 5" filter box which would've prevented the static pressure drop. They solved some other issues from the previous installer, but the price was exorbitant for the service provided ($7400 for some upper attic duct replacement). Not to mention I had to have them come out not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 extra times to finish the job as was agreed upon in the contract. The Reme Halo unit was installed with air leaks everywhere, causing condensation all around it on the plenum box. All around a rushed job, I wouldn't work with them again.

We had technician Marcellis McFarlin come out to asses our kitchen sink clog. This company charged us for a diagnostic visit but made no real attempt to fix our kitchen sink clog. The technician barely inspected under the sink, spent time outside on the phone, and then told us we needed new pipes costing over $1,000.

No effort was made to snake or clear the clog, and the explanation given (possible frozen pipes) didn’t make sense, especially since other sinks in our home were working fine. He even seemed surprised when we told him our bathroom drains had no issues.

Later the day, we hired another plumber who quickly identified the real problem, cleaned the line properly, and fixed the issue completely.

This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and sales-driven. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work from this company. The classic bad-service/upsell-heavy visit was a major red flag. Will not be using again.

First time I’ve used Airco, and I’m pleased with the service. The tech, Ryan, was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and fixed the issues with my heat pump. I’ll definitely use Airco again! Thank you.

Cody came to service our two mini-split HVACs today. After about three years, one of our mini-splits took some serious cleaning. Our other mini-split just went in this year. Fine service overall. Very professional . We love doing business with AIRCO: honest, knowledgeable, reasonable, reliable. Cody is an excellent tech, very professional. You’ll be glad you chose AirCo. Consider signing up for their annual plan. We trust AIRCO.

I think the young man the technician Cody Hutson was very professional and knowledgeable
of his job . He explained and showed me pictures of the work done in a way that was understandable. I feel you should be very proud to have a technician and employee like him.

Air conditioner went out recently. Kirby's came out and gave us an excellent price on a replacement. Had them do both heating and air. The install was done quick and the employees were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them.
